NeNe Leakes Starting A Feud With Kenya Moore? Read The Cryptic Message
NeNe Leakes is known for speaking her mind, and she sometimes does it in a way that throws a lot of shade on other people. This is how she’s gained so much fame and support on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She’s always seemingly busy throwing shade on social media. Recently, Leakes wasn’t happy when she learned Kenya Moore had called her a backstabber in her friendship with Cynthia Bailey. Leakes isn’t taking that accusation laying down. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, NeNe Leakes is now throwing some shade at Kenya, hinting that she’s a flip-flopper.
The accusation came earlier this week, when NeNe held a Super Bowl party for her friends. All of the people in her picture were not related to The Real Housewives Of Atlanta cast and Cynthia was clearly missing. One could argue that Leakes is throwing shade because she wants to create some distance between Kenya and Cynthia; or, she could just be throwing shade to get back at Moore for her comments.
NeNe Leakes revealed her feelings on Instagram along with the picture, throwing shade at Kenya for not being “real friends” in “real life.”
NeNe Leakes and Cynthia argued for a while, and many felt that their friendship could not be repaired. But, it didn’t take long for Bailey to forgive NeNe, and the two talked out their issues on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Bailey didn’t tell Kenya about this reconciliation, and she was shocked when Leakes showed up in Jamaica and the two acted like they were best friends again. This has caused quite the drama on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
“A true friend not only defends you in your presence but in your absence. This is a woman I have adored for over four years and I consider her my sister. When she denied me, it just felt a little too much like rejection, and I’m all too familiar with that. I was surprised and crushed that she would treat me that way. She not only embarrassed me but deeply hurt me. I just hope our friendship is strong enough to withstand this test,” Moore wrote about Cynthia Bailey, hinting that she was severely betrayed by her co-star, according to Bravo.
And while Bailey seems thrilled to be back with NeNe Leakes, she’s not giving Kenya a second thought. Even though the two ladies grew close in Leakes’ absence, she claims that she never called Moore her best friend. She also reminds everyone that a person can have more than one good friend.
“I think the BFF drama was blown way out of proportion. There are other friendships in the group besides me and Kenya or me and NeNe. However, no one seems to really focus on them or question whether or not they are besties. I love Kenya and my relationship with her, but to my knowledge I have never referred to her as my best friend. We have become very close friends over the past couple of years, and I look forward to many more,” Cynthia wrote on her own blog for Bravo.
While Cynthia and Kenya should probably sit down and talk about their issues, it does seem odd that NeNe Leakes would write such a message on Instagram, clearly throwing shade at her co-star.
