Justin Bieber Bumps Himself Out of No. 1 Position, Has Broken New Year’s Resolution Already

Justin Bieber has earned himself an honor that few artists have ever accomplished. He knocked himself out of the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100. Forbes reports that Bieber’s new single “Love Yourself” bumped his single “Sorry” down to the No. 2 position. That is pretty darn impressive.

And if that isn’t enough, CBC News has announced that Justin Bieber has been nominated for five Juno Awards, tying with Drake and coming in second to The Weeknd, who garnered an impressive six nominations. It seems there is no stopping the Biebs.

However, Selena Gomez feels slightly different about Justin Bieber than his many fans. She recently opened up to W Magazine and revealed that in her relationship with Beiber, she got her heart broken.

“To me it was: I’m 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that. Then I got my heart broken and I cared. Because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn’t know where to go.”

She also said that she was completely done with Justin Bieber.

“I’m so exhausted. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can’t do it anymore.”

It’s a good thing Justin Bieber’s fans don’t feel the same way and there isn’t much likelihood of that happening any time soon. Fox 8 reports that expecting mom Kortni McLady danced her way to the delivery room to Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” when she gave birth to her son three months ago. She wished her son a happy quarter-year birthday in a Facebook post in which she is dancing to “Sorry.”

“Exactly 3 months ago today at 5pm I took this video THEN at 9pm my waters broke!!! Excuse the jiggly bits I’m 38weeks pregnant hahaha, I present to you ‘Fletchers water break dance ft Little Cat’ Happy quarter birthday Fletcher James! Mummy can’t wait to embarrass you even more as you grow older.”

When it comes to Justin Bieber’s personal successes, quitting smoking hasn’t been one of them. The Daily Mail reports that Bieber spoke about quitting while on The Bert Show, making it his New Year’s resolution.

“I’m going to quit smoking, I’m gonna do it. It’s not healthy. That’s why… I just don’t want to be someone who people are like, ‘He’s smoking, he’s a bad person.’ But once again, it’s my journey.”

However, he was recently seen out and about in Los Angeles, lighting up a cigarette on a windy day.

Apparently, according to TMZ, Justin Bieber was also seen hanging out on his own, throwing back some beer at Club Cobra, which is a gay bar in North Hollywood. The bouncer got a pic with Bieber and posted it to Instagram.

According to the bouncer, he didn’t think Justin Bieber realized it was a gay bar. At the time Justin Bieber was in the bar, there was only him, his bodyguard, the bartender, and the staff. Bieber left at about 10 p.m. and the place doesn’t start filling up until 10:30 p.m.
