Kevin Skinner: an American Susan Boyle?

A redneck country boy contestant named Kevin Skinner stole the show on last night America’s Got Talent.

Drawing immediate comparisons to Susan Boyle, the former “chicken ketcher” who “ain’t real good at math” stopped Sharon Osbourne’s cackling dead in its tracks with his soulful cover of a Garth Brooks song. Skinner, 35, described his country life and propensity for taking his truck “muddin’” before he wowed the crowd with the performance below.
