Dianna Agron Shows Off Bridal Look Following Engagement News

Just weeks after it was announced that Dianna Agron had gotten engaged, Dianna is showing off her wedding dress and veil on Instagram.

Agron took to Instagram on February 9 to show off a photo of herself as a blushing bride, wearing what appeared to be a white silk gown wedding dress and a large veil. However, it turns out that Dianna’s bridal selfie actually had nothing to do with her engagement and upcoming wedding to Mumford and Sons band member Winston Marshall.

Dianna, who famously starred as Quinn Fabray on Fox’s hit series Glee, revealed in the photos caption that she was actually just shooting scenes for the upcoming movie Novitiate, which is currently shooting in Nashville, Tennessee.

“Meanwhile, today on set,” Agron captioned the bridal photo, which already has more than 50,000 likes on Instagram, alongside the film’s hashtag “#NOVITIATE.”

Variety revealed that Agron had signed on the dotted line to appear in the film alongside Melissa Leo back in December, where they revealed that Dianna would be playing a nun. According to the site, Agron’s latest project is set in the 1960s and “tells the story of a young woman who starts to question her Catholic faith as she trains to become a nun.”

Agron confirmed on social media earlier this month that she is, in fact, living in a convent in the film, which is yet to receive an official release date, and even took some time in between shooting to show off her habit on the photo sharing site.

“Happiness is a warm Nun. All for Nun and Nun for all,” Dianna Agron joked alongside a snap of herself in her fully covered costume, where she showed off a look very different than that of her Glee character.

But despite Dianna taking the time to give the world a glimpse at her bridal (and nun) look on social media, Agron and her fiancée, Winston Marshall, are still yet to publicly confirm their engagement.

Us Weekly first announced the couple’s big engagement news back in January when the site confirmed that the Mumford and Sons musician proposed to Dianna, who he was first spotted with just over six months ago, sometime over the holiday period.

But while the allegedly engaged couple are still staying tight-lipped on the uber-private romance, Agron did hint on social back in January that something big may have happened for her and her man over the festive period.

“Hope everyone had a gorgeous holiday season. Happy 2016!” Agron wrote to her over two million Twitter fans on January 11, coyly adding that she “[c]ouldn’t be more excited over here…”

Although Dianna and her beau have been notoriously private when it comes to their personal lives, Us Weekly first spotted Agron and Marshall getting cosy back in August when they were seen together at an after-party for the premiere of She’s Funny That Way.

At the time, an eyewitness allegedly told the site that “Dianna Agron was smiling and laughing a lot, and seemed really happy” to be with Winston.

However, it sounds like we may have a bit of a wait to see the newly engaged couple walk down the aisle, as Dianna Agron recently admitted that’s she’s pretty focused on her career and “challenging herself” since Glee took its final bow last year.

“Nothing I’ve done since my time on Glee has been the same,” Dianna recently told InStyle of her big career plans since saying bye bye to Quinn Fabray, who she played intermittently on the Fox show for its six season and 121-episode run. “It’s important that I continue to challenge myself,” Agron admitted.
