Miranda Lambert had a rough 2015, so it’s no wonder why she’s starting fresh with the new year.
In addition to a new romance with R&B singer Anderson East, 32-year-old Miranda Lambert has reportedly purchased a new home in Tennessee, which set her back a whopping $3.4 million. According to a report by Variety, Miranda Lambert’s home is situated about an hour south of Nashville in a town called Primm Springs. The 400-plus acre property includes “at least” three residences, including two rustic cabins.

“A rocking chair-friendly porch fronts the larger cabin which has a double-height living/dining room with monumental stone fireplace, a compact kitchen, one bedroom plus a sleeping loft, and a surprisingly roomy bathroom with twin pedestal sinks and a shower space lined in classic white subway tiles,” the site revealed.
In the smaller cabin, which is located across a beautiful wooden bridge, a studio is set up for Miranda Lambert’s singing endeavors, and also included in the residence is a living/bedroom, a fireplace, a small kitchen, and a bathroom.
Variety continued on to reveal Miranda Lambert’s new home boasted “75 acres of fenced pasturelands; multi-acre lake with dock and boathouse; two-stall horse barn; farm-equipment storage buildings; and a six-bay garage and workshop topped by a loft-style apartment with complete kitchen.”
Also outside of the homes are several lighted walking trails and a creek-side pavilion, which is the perfect setup for a private concert with seating for 60 and a stage for Miranda Lambert.

Oddly, Miranda Lambert’s home was featured in a prior article by Variety, which claimed the owner was actually her former husband, Blake Shelton. However, that mistake has since been clarified by the outlet.
Last July, after four years of marriage, Miranda Lambert and Shelton parted ways, and just a short time later, he began dating his co-star on The Voice, Gwen Stefani. After enjoying a friendly relationship during The Voice Season 7 years ago, the couple got romantic during filming on season nine in 2015, and in November 2015, they confirmed their relationship by spending time at a party together after the Country Music Awards (which both Miranda Lambert and Shelton attended).
While going through a public divorce poses challenges on its own, the fact that Shelton moved on so publicly was likely quite hard for Miranda Lambert to deal with. Luckily, she has since moved on herself with East, and the two have been spending time together in Tennessee, and also enjoyed a recent trip to the mountains.
Then, on February 9, Movie News Guide revealed that Miranda Lambert had spent a “musical weekend” with East around the time news of her new home broke.
Miranda Lambert and East have only been dating for a handful of weeks, but according to a source, they are enjoying getting to know one another.
“[Miranda Lambert] has been dating for the past few months but recently starting having eyes for only one guy—that guy being Anderson,” the insider told E! News. “It’s still all pretty new and she is just enjoying getting to know him.”
“Anderson is a complete gentleman! [Miranda Lambert] gets butterflies with Anderson. He is a wonderful guy with an amazing personality. Miranda loves his sense of humor and his love for music. They have many things in common.”
Miranda Lambert and East have shared a couple of photos on Instagram of one another, but so far, they’ve been fairly secretive about the inner-workings of their romance.
