Ciara Sues Future For $15 Million In ‘Unfit Parent’ Defamation Suit

Ciara has finally had enough of her ex-fiancé badmouthing her to the press. According to reports, the songstress is suing Future for $15 million, having grown tired of being labeled as a bad mother — which the rapper infamously claimed in his interview with The Breakfast Club.

In the lawsuit, the “Goodies” hitmaker mentions that comments regarding her relationship with NFL player, Russell Wilson, were undeniably disturbing. Future is recalled saying that his ex-girlfriend has the tendency to organize publicity stunts, adding that their son, Future Jr., should have never been introduced to Wilson in the first place.

The 32-year-old would then go on to publicly humiliate Ciara on Twitter, referring to her by using endless curse words when telling his millions of fans that CiCi was said to have refused him any visitation rights throughout 2015. The platinum-selling recording artist has since gone on to stress that the allegations were untrue. It still didn’t stop Future from saying what clearly seemed to bother him.

“This b***h got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the f***ery for 15k a month.”

Ciara was initially confused as to why she was receiving all this slander from her ex, especially since the two had been on good terms regarding matters that concerned their son prior to the events that followed. The singer claims that she never prevented her child’s father from seeing their baby — in fact, in her $15 million lawsuit, she clearly states having arranged 19 visitation rights in the last 14 months.

The “I Bet” performer has refused to let her ex get away with his harsh comments, presumably because she has now been made out to look like she is a bad mother to the public. The lawsuit was filed to not only make the rapper pay for his slanderous comments but to also let this be a lesson learned that anything regarding their son can be handled in private — not via social media.

In the same interview, Future infamously talked about his reaction to seeing his son being pushed in a stroller by Ciara’s boyfriend, Russell Wilson, venting that the singer had no right to give the Seattle Seahawks player that much accessibility to their child. According to the “Where Ya At” rapper, it showed her true characteristics, making her less than fit to parent the youngster.

“Of course I wouldn’t want someone pushing my son. Like, that’s the number one rule. Like, if I was a kid and my mom had a dude pushing me, I would’ve jumped out of the stroller and slapped the s**t out of… you never do that in our community. You don’t even bring a man around your son.”

Future, who is said to have remained single since his split from Ciara, has yet to respond to the $15 million lawsuit, but with the evidence that the Epic-signed recording artist has summed up, it looks as if she stands a high chance of getting a significant amount from the initial number she asked for.

The lawsuit comes just one week after Ciara’s ex-boyfriend released his latest album, “EVOL.” As Future preps for his forthcoming tour, he is best to save every penny he gets, because even if CiCi does not receive the required amount she is asking for, she’s leaving with something.
