‘Bachelorette’ Stars Kaitlyn Bristowe, Shawn Booth Move Into New Place, But Wedding Planning Hasn’t Kicked In Yet They Say
Bachelorette stars Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth have been practically inseparable since their season finale aired last summer, and it looks like they are starting to make some big moves as a couple. After spending quite a bit of time together in Canada after their season finished airing, they have been in Shawn’s hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, together for the past few months. Recent updates indicate that Kaitlyn and Shawn are doing better than ever, and this leads fans to wonder what the status is of those wedding plans they have previously teased.
Kaitlyn Bristowe packed up many of her belongings back in September to move down to Nashville, and it seems the move has worked out quite well for her. She moved into the place that Shawn already had there and at the time he teased that Bristowe had been adding quite a few feminine touches to his bachelor pad.
Now, recent updates from the Bachelorette duo indicate that they jumped into making a big move into a new place together. Kaitlyn shared some posts via social media joking about how fun moving was, but so far the duo has not shared too much more regarding their new place. However, it was clear that she is still in Nashville and that she was moving with Shawn and his dog Tucker Doodle into the new home.
Now that Kaitlyn, Shawn, and Tucker have a place that is truly theirs together, does that mean Bachelorette fans can start counting down to a wedding date? The duo recently chatted with PopSugar, and unfortunately, it does not sound as if Booth and Bristowe have made much progress in that regard.
Although Shawn and Kaitlyn had recently shared that they would start planning for their wedding after the New Year, they now admit that they have yet to really dig into the project. Kaitlyn joked that they frequently talk about wanting to sit down and pull plans together, but they are horrible at planning anything, and it just has not happened yet.
Kaitlyn has previously shared that Bachelor and Bachelorette fans can absolutely expect to see some familiar faces in her wedding party. She says she remains close with both Whitney Bischoff and Becca Tilley, her fellow top three from Chris Soules’ season. Of course, Shawn also remains close to several of the guys from his season as well.
It is too soon to know if ABC might throw a big event for Kaitlyn and Shawn should they walk down the aisle, although they have said they are open to it. However, the network did step up very recently when it came to Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert’s wedding, so fans can definitely remain hopeful that they will get to share in the big day when and if it happens.
While Shawn and Kaitlyn are clearly in no rush to get married, it does not sound as if Bachelorette fans have to worry much about the status of this relationship, as these two seem quite content with how things are at this point. Bristowe says that their ideal date would involve time away from their phones where they are playing games, camping, and sitting by the fire with their dog, Doodle, and it’s clear they have settled into a very comfortable routine with one another.

The Bachelorette fans will have to stay tuned for a bit to see if those wedding plans ever come together for Kaitlyn and Shawn, but by the looks of things, this duo is definitely head-over-heels in love and planning for the future.
