Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Flaunt Devotion As Lovebirds Croon About New Song: ‘Guaranteed Greatness’

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have become devoted to each other. Whether she’s sending messages of encouragement along with flirty fun on social media or they’re holding hands on a football field, the two who started out as pals on The Voice have made no attempt to hide their increasingly hot hook-up.

Most recently, Blake was spotted giving superstar mom Gwen and her sons a ride to the park for a play date, which included a soccer game for 7-year-old Zuma. Shelton may not have participated in the game itself, but he took time from his busy schedule to make sure that Stefani and her little boys got there safely, reported Us Weekly.

Their styles were a study in contrast. While the 46-year-old mom was sexy in a black lacy bra topped with gold chains, a beaming Blake was, as always, country all the way, from his trucker hat to his flannel shirt. After the 39-year-old dropped them off with a grin, it was time for Zuma to get into action, with brothers Kingston, 9, and Apollo, 23-months-old, to cheer him on along with Stefani.

The warm weather was perfect for an afternoon of flag football combined with gobbling up Girl Scout cookies. And while that time was devoted to her sons, Gwen was seen earlier this month with Shelton exiting a music studio. That resulted in rumors that the two are working together on some songs.

The Voice coaches revealed that they were dating in November. Since then, they’ve gone to a wedding and a Cardinals game recently. And the parade of PDA even included a canoodling video that served as a Christmas present both to Shelton and to fans.

Stefani has kept up her routine with her sons amid her romance with Blake, however, and that includes going to church, which she attended Sunday, reported the Daily Mail.

The soccer mom toted little Apollo as she took her boys to the Studio City church that she typically attends. They all kept their style California casual, with Gwen flaunting her fabulous figure in a blue satin bodysuit.

As the romance blossoms, the lovebirds have not neglected their own music, and while rumors swirl that they’re writing songs together, both have separately confirmed that they are working on new solos, with Blake also pursuing the completion of an album.

And when Gwen tweeted about her new song, it was Shelton who rushed to reassure her of his faith that it would be fantastic, reported the Country Music Report.

Here’s how it happened. Stefani kicked off the rumor mill by sharing that she was working on new music with a group including Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter.

That announcement immediately got support from Blake.

“Guaranteed greatness,” gushed Shelton.

But the lovebirds didn’t stop there, because Gwen then hinted that her new song is all about Blake himself (hello, cowboy).

With “writing songs about a cowboy” as the hashtag, fans got all a-flutter.

Now the name of the new LP is known, along with other clues that Stefani dropped, reported the Idolator.

This will be her third solo LP, and it’s called Make Me Like You, which is scheduled to go to radio on February 16. And Gwen is very excited.

“We were losing our minds,” exclaimed Stefani. “It was called ‘Make Me Like You’ and we couldn’t believe it. Like how did we write this song? It’s so good!”

As for an album, she went to the studio with Stargate recently. Those collaborating with her are responsible for the mega-hits “Adventure of a Lifetime” from Coldplay and “Same Old Love” from Selena Gomez.

But Stefani isn’t the only one creating new music. As the Inquisitr reported, Shelton is also excited about a new album.

Blake will include his heartbreak from splitting with Miranda Lambert and happiness over his romance with Stefani in the new album. The usually laconic country crooner has found himself creating more personal material for his music now than he has in the last 15 years. Shelton also revealed that although going through the divorce was terrible, his joy with his new superstar girlfriend made his life truly great.
