Michelle Williams Is Still Totally Down For A ‘Dawson’s Creek’ Reunion

Michelle Williams might arguably be the most successful Dawson’s Creek alum, but tat wouldn’t stop the humble actress from signing on for the rumored reunion.

Following Joshua Jackson’s comments that a Dawson’s Creek reunion is possible, even likely, actress Michelle Williams has thrown her hat in the ring for the possible reunion as well. “I’ve always said that I would really love to and I think independently, we’ve all been saying that,” Williams said Thursday at a Comic-Con press conference for Oz: The Great and Powerful. But jumping back into her character “Jen Lindley” is slightly more difficult than simply securing a confident “yes” vote from Katie Holmes and James Van Der Beek, notes NY Daily. In case you don’t remember the finale [SPOILERS] Michelle’s character is dead!

“My character died in the end, so there are certain limitations for me,” the 31-year-old actress admitted. “It’s either I come back as a ghost or I’m shot through a lot of gauzy, hazy light as my nineteen-year-old self.”

Williams’ new comments recall similar sentiments expressed a few months ago. “He has my email! He has my home phone and my cell phone, so we talk. [James] could totally ask! I’ve always said, I’m totally up for reunion tours, reunion shows, so we can do that,” she said after rumors that Van Der Beek was interested in a potential reunion.

Katie Holmes has also expressed interest in reprising her Dawson’s Creek role as well, notes Us Weekly. “It would be fun,” Holmes admitted. “I had so much fun working on that show and I loved everyone so much and I think about it with such fond memories.” She also added that she doesn’t care how “low-brow” a reunion would be, she views it as an opportunity to “have fun.”
