Louis Tomlinson: Latest ‘Pap Walk’ Shows Exactly What We Know About 1D Star
Louis Tomlinson news has been thin on the ground for the past few days. It seems that Louis has been laying low after the reported birth of his baby son, Freddie Tomlinson, last month. As a result, the biggest stories we have seen regarding Tomlinson have focused on whether or not he is renting Paul McKenna’s house and the fact that he was carrying a cup of coffee as he left an L.A. hotel last week. Tomlinson may well be breathing a sigh of relief, as he has had more than his fair share of coverage over recent months.
While Tomlinson may be happy to see his life absent from the tabloids for a while, a new Louis story is never far away. Today, the Daily Mail ran a “photo exclusive” on the fact that Tomlinson had a night out with his rumored new girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Louis’ fans will always be happy to see new pictures of the One Direction star, but what do these reports actually tell us?

The honest answer is absolutely nothing. The Mail’s exclusive tells us that Louis and Danielle Campbell were out and about in L.A. last night. We learn that Tomlinson held hands with Danielle as they marked her birthday with an evening in Venice, California.
“Louis and Danielle looked relaxed in each other’s company as they enjoyed some time together less than two weeks after Louis welcomed his son with ex Briana Jungwirth.”
The remainder of the story focuses on the birth of Louis’ son and repeats the quote we have seen in just about every news item about Louis for the past few weeks. A mystery “friend” of Tomlinson’s claims that Louis wants to be a hands-on dad and will support baby mama Briana in every way he can.
“Although they’re not romantically involved, Louis thinks Briana is a great woman and will be a fabulous mother.
“Louis has been helping Briana financially and is prepared to get stuck in with all the tasks that caring for a baby demands.”
The Mirror is similarly lacking in news content when it tells us for the fourth time in as many days that Louis is renting Paul McKenna’s L.A. home for six months at a rate of $50,000 per month. We are however informed that Louis new pad is a “party house.” It seems that McKenna admitted last month that the house is “known as a party house.”
“I found this fantastic house which has a lot of Hollywood history. John Schlesinger owned it and used to rent it out to people. So a lot of people would say to me, ‘Oh I know that house – it’s a party house.’ When I first moved there I used to have a barbecue every Sunday and invite all the Brits around… I was a single man, I had a good life.”
Who knows? Perhaps Louis will invite Danielle along with Briana and her family, Simon Cowell, and Paul McKenna over for a housewarming party to celebrate the arrival of Freddie Tomlinson.

Contact Music report that Louis’ night out with Danielle would have been a double celebration in honor of her birthday and little Freddie’s arrival. It seems a fairly safe bet that Danielle probably did not want to spend her 21st birthday celebrating the fact that her boyfriend just had a baby with another woman.
As Louis and Danielle left the restaurant, they will doubtless have been delighted to see a bunch of pink and purple balloons interspersed with blue “it’s a boy” balloons. It seems that Danielle appeared “totally unfazed” by the fact that Tomlinson just had a child with another woman. It seems that Tomlinson has found an extremely tolerant girlfriend.
Of course, the more cynical of Tomlinson’s fans will be cringing as they await the Louis and Danielle “breakup” story. If past performance is any guide, we should see the first hints that all is not well in Louis’ relationship at some point next week. We may perhaps see a big romantic gesture from Tomlinson around valentine’s Day as Louis tries to keep the relationship alive.
Tomlinson’s fans will be expecting to see Louis’ latest romance over by the end of the month if it follows the usual pattern of One Direction’s “winter girlfriends.”
