Kyle Richards Breaks Her Silence: Her Shocking Stance In Faye Vs. Kathryn Feud

Kyle Richards invited all of her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars over for a BBQ with the intention of having a great time. Richards really wanted to have a great time with the ladies, but she didn’t realize that Kathryn Edwards would confront Faye Resnick about her book. Faye had written a book about the OJ Simpson trial and had written about Kathryn without ever meeting her. Even though Kathryn was upset and her friends understood why, Richards kept siding with Faye.

According to a new Bravo report, Kyle Richards is now revealing exactly how she feels about her dramatic BBQ. She stands firm in her support for her best friend, and she thinks that the ladies are all wrong in their perception of Faye. In fact, she spends the most of her blog explaining why she sees her best friend as such a great human being.

“Despite Faye and Kathryn’s obvious connection, I didn’t think it would be an issue as this was something that happened over 20 years ago and was a time that Faye rarely speaks of. This was a very painful time for many, and it’s not exactly something anyone wants to reminisce about. I was surprised that Kathryn made a beeline for Faye at the dinner table. Kathryn and I have only met once before, and she accepted my invitation to dinner in my home knowing Faye is a close friend,” Kyle Richards reveals in her Bravo blog, revealing that she didn’t realize that the ladies were so against Faye.

Richards kept defending her friend throughout the dinner, and it continues in her blog. This isn’t the first time that Resnick has rattled some feathers amongst the ladies, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are not always happy with her. She attacked Brandi Glanville last season. Even though Lisa Vanderpump may have retracted her defense of Brandi, she still thinks that Faye may have handled the situation wrongly.

“I didn’t realize until l saw this just how much venom was being thrown towards Faye,” Richards points out, adding, “The person that they speak of is not the Faye I know. Faye is a kind, compassionate and loving person. She is a friend that will never let you down. An ‘aunt’ to my children that has never missed a play or special event for them. She is always happy, positive and a friend that will fight and defend you to the end. Faye has many friends that share my feelings.”

Kyle Richards’ friend is back in the spotlight thanks to the upcoming episode of American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ Simpson, which airs in a few days. Resnick is part of the story, and she may feel odd about the entire thing. According to People, she feels that it is odd and surreal to relive everything, especially since they were close friends. And Richards believes that her friend is an easy target because of her past. As Camille Grammer pointed out, she’s the “morally corrupt Faye Resnick” who did Playboy after the trial.

“Faye is an easy target and always pre-judged. If people actually met her, they would be surprised. I have always been a good judge of character and would not have had this person in my life this many years if she weren’t the person that she is.”

“I think it’s time to move on from all of this. It’s dark and sad and everyone here is happy and has moved on with their own lives,” Richards points out in her blog.

It would be nice if Kyle, Resnick and Kathryn Edward could sit down and talk things over. Kathryn was ready to discuss the past, but Faye doesn’t want to discuss the book she wrote years ago.
