Highly respected New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft seems to be taking an active role in the career of his new “gal pal” Ricki Noel Lander, an actress and dancer, based on this weird audition video that somehow the Barstool Sports guys got their hands on.

In the video that has gone viral, Mr. Kraft runs lines with Lander for a role in an upcoming Owen Wilson/Vince Vaughn movie.

As Faniq.com observes, “Kraft volunteered to help read lines during her audition, making for a priceless video, the likes of which we may never see again from an NFL owner.”

Back in June, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft created a buzz when he attended a Celtics game with Lander. Since then, they’ve been seen together at other public events. Kraft became a widower in 2011 after 40 years of marriage when his wife Myra sadly passed away from cancer.

According to Boston.com, Lander has thus far compiled a number of minor acting roles. She “appeared as a model on Ugly Betty and played Servant Faerie in a 2011 episode of True Blood.  The Internet Movie Database says she’ll play Nurse Elizabeth in the 2013 movie Red Band.” The audition tape is supposedly for an upcoming film called The Internship in which Lander would play the role of Mary Elena.

Apparently Mr. Kraft was Owen Wilson’s stand-in for the audition video.
