New ISIS Video Shows Paris Attackers Beheading People, Threatens London, The U.K. — Man Smiles And Says: ‘Soon in Champs-Elysees’

A new ISIS video that is being called barbaric claims to show the Paris attackers performing “practice” beheadings on prisoners prior to committing the horrid attacks on Paris. The ISIS video with the Paris attackers, as reported by the Daily Mail, is graphic and shows the ISIS Paris attackers performing their training with weapons.

ISIS released the new video of the Paris attackers as they got ready for the Paris killings in Syria. While giving speeches, the ISIS Paris attackers are each displayed in the graphic video cutting off the head of a prisoner. In one truly horrific moment one of the Paris attackers cuts off the head of a prisoner and eerily smiles, warning of the attacks that would then be carried out in Paris.

“Soon in Champs-Elysees.”

The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is a famous Parisian street that houses plenty of landmarks central to Paris.

“The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is a boulevard in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, 1.9 kilometres long and 70 metres wide, which runs between the Place de la Concorde and the Place Charles de Gaulle, where the Arc de Triomphe is located.”

When ISIS attacked multiple locations in Paris in November of 2015, people around the world protested the horrific killings. As seen in the above photo, an Indian Muslim man protested against ISIS. The Islamic State group was criticized as one that did not represent the beliefs and tenets of all Muslims.

Now in the new ISIS video, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who has been called the mastermind behind the Paris attacks, called for more attacks by ISIS in the video. In the end of the graphic ISIS video, there is video footage of London that goes along with threats made to the United Kingdom. Abaaoud was killed by French police in an exchange of gunfire days after the Paris attacks. In the new video from ISIS, Abaaoud’s alleged voice is dubbed over footage of people in Paris running away from the attackers. More attacks are promised because of air strikes against Syria.

According to the Guardian, if the horrible new video from ISIS does indeed include the nine men who conducted the attacks on people in Paris, those men not only got their inspiration from ISIS, but had ties to those putting the system together in Iraq and Syria.

“If the identities of the men in the video are confirmed as those who carried out the Paris attacks, it would indicate that the nine men were not only influenced by ISIS – but rather were coordinated by the group from strongholds in Syria and Iraq.

“The video seemingly aims to show that the attackers, some of whom had French and Belgian passports, had committed atrocities and trained in ISIS-held territory.”

“In the video, ISIS also threatens an attack on the U.K. – showing footage of major London sites, as well as David Cameron, the prime minister, and John Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons, with crosshairs over their faces. They are shown towards the end of the 17-minute clip, which predominantly focuses on the alleged Paris attackers.

The ISIS video is more than 17 minutes long. The ISIS video threatens the United Kingdom and shows video footage of popular London locations, and can be viewed on sites linked to by Gawker. (Update: The ISIS video is unavailable as of this writing at the link that Gawker provided. Archive.org currently reports that the ISIS video isn’t available due to the content — likely because of the graphic nature of the content.)

The new ISIS video that shows the Islamic State group celebrating the November 13 attacks in Paris, calls the Paris attackers “lions,” reports ABC News.

The new ISIS graphic video is being called disturbing, to say the least.
