Who Is Lauren Himle Of ABC’s ‘The Bachelor’ 2016 Season With Ben Higgins?

Lauren Himle is one of the bachelorettes on ABC’s The Bachelor 2016 season with Ben Higgins. There were four gals named Lauren during Season 20, but two of them have already headed home. How long can this Lauren continue to get roses from Ben? What do viewers need to know about her?

As Himle’s ABC profile teases, she is 25-years-old and is from Ann Arbor, Michigan. In addition, Lauren worked as a kindergarten teacher before filming the show. She does not have any tattoos and she loves movies like Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, Elf and The Hangover. She is clearly a pretty big fan of The Bachelor and seems to have a fairly sassy sense of humor.

While Lauren does seem to have a good sense of humor, she also tends to find herself in embarassing situations. In her profile, Himle jokes about showing her boss her Pinterest board to explain the site and having a wedding board of hers pop up, even though her boss was quick to point out she does not have a boyfriend. It sounds as if a husband and kids are definitely on her radar and she’d love a guy whom she can easily joke around with.

Reality Steve‘s spoilers detail that Himle went to Grand Valley State University and graduated in 2012. As she left for filming, she was teaching at Novi Woods Elementary School in Novi, Michigan. In addition to her teaching job, Lauren is a direct sales consultant with KEEP Collective, a jewelry line that is part of the Stella & Dot brand.

The Bachelor spoilers for Episode 4 tease that Lauren will go to great lengths to make her mark in a talent show on a group date. She is said to don a chicken suit and Reality Steve‘s spoilers indicate that she will sing “Old MacDonald.” While viewers will have to wait and see whether this tickles Ben’s fancy, it seems it does win over the audience at the show.

In her day-to-day life, Himle spends a lot of time with her black labrador named Owen and it seems she is quite close to her sister Jen and her parents. Based on some of Lauren’s Instagram photos, it seems the family all has a lot of fun together, knows how to laugh at themselves, and fully embraces their Norwegian blood. While she has been referenced as a teacher on the show, according to the Detroit Free Press she is now working as a client care associate for a real estate company.

This bachelorette clearly loves family, friends, travel and animals, and many Bachelor fans think she could be a great match for Ben Higgins. However, he has had sparks flying with several bachelorettes already and it may be tough for Himle to make her mark. Just how long will she last?

According to Reality Steve‘s spoilers, this Lauren does get a one-on-one date in Episode 5 and she will receive a rose again from Ben. However, Bachelor spoilers indicate that her journey to find love with Higgins may end soon after that.
