Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom Spotted Together Yet Again, Spark Dating Rumors

Katy Perry appears to have found herself a great friend in Orlando Bloom lately.

On Thursday night, the “Firework” singer was spotted with the English actor for the third time in as many weeks, sparking rumors that the duo might be dating. Perry and Bloom were seen attending The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, a play at the Kirk Douglas Theater in Culver City, California, according to Mail Online.

Actor James Lecesne uploaded a picture on Instagram, where he can be seen sharing screen space with Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and co-star Vinessa Shaw, all of whom seemed to have had a great time together.

This is the third time that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been spotted going out together in recent weeks, with Us Weekly reporting the couple were “extremely flirty and whispering to each other” when they met at Harvey Weinstein’s 2016 Golden Globes after party earlier this month.

“He would lean in to whisper into her ear and touch the small of her back as they chatted,” a source present at the party told the publication. “Katy was showing Orlando her phone. They were both smiling and laughing and then he took her phone and started typing on it.”

As E! Online reports, the pair met again at Stella McCartney Autumn 2016 Presentation at Amoeba Music in Hollywood a week later where, according to sources, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom had a “lot of fun.”

And on Thursday, the couple were seen together in public for the third time in a row when they appeared backstage at the one-man play The Absolute Brightness in Los Angeles. All of which has led social media to speculate if Perry and Bloom might be dating, now that both of them seem to have overcome any remaining demons of their last relationships with John Mayer and Miranda Kerr, respectively.

Katy called it quits with fellow singer John Mayer most recently in July, 2015, after their on-again off-again relationship finally drew to a close, according to Hollywood Life. The two singers, who have broken up umpteen number of times only to get back together, had trust and distance issues to sort out, and seem to finally have had enough of each other.

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr divorced in late 2013 after the Australian supermodel reportedly could not take warmly to Bloom’s drinking habits. According to Radar Online, the Troy actor began drinking so often during their time together that Kerr just couldn’t deal with it anymore.

Now, however, both Perry and Bloom seem to have gotten over their previous relationships; and with the former seemingly not interested in giving her relationship with John Mayer another go, it seems only probable that the dating rumors doing the rounds on the internet might not be completely off the mark.

In fact, Perry and Bloom were very much the center of attention recently when Orlando — certainly not known for his love of attending fashion events these days — was in attendance at the Stella McCartney Autumn 2016 Presentation in Hollywood. It just goes to show that Bloom is well and truly over the fashion demons that might have set in post his divorce with supermodel Miranda Kerr.

It remains to be seen if the paparazzi in Hollywood get more sightings of what is now becoming a regular phenomenon, but if Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are seen hanging around one more time, it might be safe to assume that the rumors flying around social media are indeed quite accurate.
