Hollywood actor Brad Pitt is 52, but still looks extremely good for his age, for which his fans are eternally grateful. Currently, speculation is rife in the tabloid media as to whether he has undergone plastic surgery to keep that youthful appearance.
According to Pop Dust, when looking at photos of Pitt, it is “obvious” that he has undergone plastic surgery in the form of a face lift, at least.

According to them, when Brad Pitt arrived at the recent Golden Globes Awards and stood next to his co-star in the recent film The Big Short, Pitt looked like 35-year-old Ryan Gosling’s younger brother. However, looking at the photo above, that might be taking things a bit too far.
However, despite this, Brad does look incredibly good for his age, and their report is asking if he repaired all the sun damage over the years along with his natural aging by relaxing and enjoying the facilities of a spa. Others, according to that report, are saying “no way.” He could only keep that youthful appearance by going under a surgeon’s knife.

The report posted images of Brad Pitt at the Golden Globes which they say points to scarring after stitches have healed from plastic surgery. Or are they just natural wrinkles in the skin? They go on to say he may look perfect, but that his smile no longer looks natural.
All this speculation aside, according to Life & Style Weekly, Brad Pitt’s youthful appearance can be put down to one simple thing. Eating right. According to the old adage, you are what you eat, and what you eat tends to show on your skin.
The lifestyle magazine interviewed a source close to Pitt who revealed the true story behind his youthful (and let’s face it, rather gorgeous) appearance recently.
Reportedly for the past several months, Brad Pitt has been on an intense anti-aging regimen that includes not only a new and healthy diet, but also some costly skin care treatments and even, apparently, IV vitamin drips.
The insider said, “He’s been telling friends about his new anti-aging plan.”
“He’s been doing it with the help of a nutritionist and a personal chef.”
The diet itself sounds like it could be something we could all try in an attempt to keep our youth and fight off the dreaded wrinkles.
As to what he eats, the source says Brad’s diet consists of a lot of salmon, walnuts, and chia seeds. These foods are reportedly high in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are known to combat wrinkles. He also reportedly only eats lean meats and lots of eggs, which provide amino acids which then work to repair damaged skin cells.

To keep his meals varied, Brad Pitt complements his diet with brown rice and beets, which are said to be high in phytoceramides. Many people apparently take phytoceramides as supplements to keep their skin plump and well hydrated.
On top of the careful and healthy diet, the source said Brad has also been supplementing his diet with “collagen smoothies and anti-aging IV vitamin drips” and has been enjoying regular facials.
The insider concluded by saying that Brad Pitt is working hard to keep his youthful appearance, adding, “The transformation has been nothing short of amazing.”
A healthy diet regime certainly sounds like a better plan than going under the plastic surgeons knife, particularly when you are 52 years of age and your lovely wife, Angelina Jolie Pitt, is a mere 40-years-old.
Attaining that youthful look does seem to hark back to a fascinating movie Brad Pitt starred in back in 2008. In The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Pitt played the role of a man who ages in reverse, ending up being a wee babe in arms by the end of the film.
