Charlie Sheen Evicted Ex-Wife, Daughters And Threatened To Kill Them, Denise Richards Claims
Charlie Sheen evicted ex-wife Denise Richards from her home and has cut ties with the former couple’s two children, the actress claims. In a court filing, Richards also expressed concerns about the trust Sheen, 50, had promised to maintain for Sami, 11, and Lola, 10.
Denise Richards, 44, also stated in court documents that Charlie Sheen bought a home for her and her girls to live in near his Mulholland Estates mansion so that he could “repair his relationship with his children.” Late last year, he sold the property and allegedly told his ex-wife that he would put the proceeds from the sale into a trust for the girls and find them a new place to live, TMZ reports.
“I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom,” Richards claims that she overheard Sheen say to Lola, after cursing her and calling her a f**king pig.
Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife also alleged that he is now cutting off his daughters and she and the girls need a place to live. In a move Sheen’s attorney, Marty Singer, is claiming is just a “desperate attempt” to get more money out of the actor who recently went public with his HIV status.
Denise Richards is asking the court to force Charlie Sheen to give her $1.2 million to buy a new home for her and his daughters, Sami and Lola. She is also requesting a court order for Singer to maintain and guarantee the trust she says the former Two and a Half Men star promised their children. The actress also said that she knew about Sheen’s HIV status when she agreed to move next door but chose to relocate anyway for the sake of their children.
Charlie Sheen bought the $7 million home for Denise Richards in 2011, but she and the girls did not immediately move onto the property. The home encompasses about 9,000 square feet, according to a Daily Mail report. The estate boasts eight and a half baths, seven bedrooms, and a swimming pool. The Los Angeles Times reports that the home sold for $6.6 million in December.
Earlier today, Richards authored a few tweets directed at Marty Singer earlier today.

According to the actor’s ex-wife, Sheen had exhibited “erratic” behavior over the past several years and once threatened to give their daughters’ Christmas presents away to the homeless. About the same time as the gifts threat was allegedly uttered by Charlie, he also began to say that he was going to evict Richards and the girls from their home, Denise contends.
According to Richards, Sheen sent Lola a nasty text message during the holiday season on 2013.
“Have a merry Xmas with your loser f***s**t mom… your dad is a rock star genius… your mom is a p*** wart.”
Charlie reportedly admitted to sending the text message but noted that he thought it his ex-wife was texting him from their daughter’s cell phone and that was why he unleashed the string of angst-ridden profanities.

Singer maintains that his client has been a steady provider for Sami and Lola. According to the actor’s attorney, Sheen covers the cost of their schooling and pays $55,000 a month in child support to Denise. The lawyer added that Charlie has every intention of fighting the court filing requesting $1.2 million for a new home and fully believes that he will be successful in the endeavor.

Denise Richards, her two daughters with Charlie Sheen, and 4-year-old adopted daughter Eloise Joni are currently residing in a $15,000 per month rental home.
