Usher’s Stepson Kyle Glover Declared Brain Dead By Doctors

Singer Usher rushed to the hospital this past weekend after his 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover was involved in a boating accident that left doctors to declare him brain head.

Kyle Glover and a 15-year-old female friend were admitted to a hospital on Friday afternoon after they were struck by a jet ski while floating on inner tubes in Georgia’s Lake Lanier.

Glover was struck in the head and was knocked unconscious during the accident according to Sergeant Mike Burgamy of the Department of Natural Resources.

The female was also injured but in stable condition after she was air-lifted to Children’s Healthcare at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta

The actual cause of the investigation is still under investigation but so far officials have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the accident.

The Department of Natural Resources plans to recreate the accident using specialized computer programs to determine exactly what happened. Should the simulation show fault on the part of the jet skier the family could press charges.

Kyle Glover is the child of Usher’s estranged wife Tameka Foster. Following the accident Tameka moved quickly to be by her son’s side while Usher arrived later in the day.

Following the accident Usher and Tameka received an outpouring of support from various celebrities include singer Fantasia who tweeted:

Fellow music mogul Russel Simmons also responded to the tragic accident, sending out his prayers to the family:

While Usher is going through a divorce that didn’t stop him from hiring a private jet to bring Tameka Foster to her son as quickly as possible.

Usher and Tameka have two children together; Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd, 3.
