Scott Disick Spying On Kourtney Kardashian? Conflicting Media Reports Question Significance Of Location Of The Lord’s New Bachelor Pad

Did Scott Disick really buy a $6 million home near Kourtney Kardashian just so he could spy on her?

That all depends on which media outlet you believe. If you believe Celeb Dirty Laundry, then yes, Disick absolutely purchased the Hollywood Hills home near Kourtney’s so that he could keep an eye on the mother of his children, in the event that she might continue her hookups with Justin Bieber. Celeb Dirty Laundry explains the move.

“Scott Disick must really want to keep his spy eye on Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber so much so that he was willing to fork out nearly 6 million dollars on a new house next to the Kardashian Kompound just to stay nearby.”

The celebrity news website goes on to write about what may happen if “Kourtney gets a hankering for a piece of the Bieber pie…,” saying that Scott must be really insecure to be so concerned about the possibility. Celeb Dirty Laundry also addresses the “farce” that Scott moved in near the Kardashians to help keep him sober.

“Scott of course doesn’t want to come across like the scary stalker guy who can’t move on and get a new life… So he’s putting on the farce that this move is to better himself by having the Kardashian Klan nearby to keep him sober.”

If all of this sounds too ridiculous to be true, that’s because it is, according to Gossip Cop. The rumor-busting website calls the spying claim “absurd and absurdly wrong,” writing that Disick actually purchased the home near Kardashian so that he could be close to his three children. Gossip Cop also notes that Scott’s new 8,000-square-foot, seven-bed and seven-bath home is a several miles from Kourtney’s home.

“Actually, the main reason Disick opted to for a home in this specific location is to ensure he is close to his kids. By living in such close proximity to Kardashian’s pad, co-parenting will be substantially easier. Furthermore, considering Disick’s place isn’t right next door to his ex’s but miles away, the notion that he’d be using it to ‘spy’ on Kardashian and Bieber doesn’t even make much sense.”

Since the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars split in July, Scott has made an effort to clean himself up so that he can spend more time with his three kids: Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1. The self-proclaimed “lord” even spent time in a rehabilitation center for alcohol and substance abuse in what was believed to be his longest rehab stint to date.

Kardashian and Disick broke up in July after more than nine years together when Disick was seen cozying up with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, in the south of France. Though Kourtney and Scott have both stayed relatively quiet on the topic, the breakup played out in the press and garnered a plethora of headlines — some true, and some a bit far-fetched.

Since then, Kourtney has spent most of her time focused on making the transition easier for her children, though the 36-year-old was recently linked to Justin Bieber after headlines alleged that the pair hooked up on several occasions. Neither Bieber nor Kardashian have done anything to dispel the rumors. In fact, if anything, Bieber confirmed the alleged hookups when he claimed that Kourtney Kardashian had used him to get back at Disick. Additionally, sister Khloe Kardashian failed to deny (or confirm) the hookups when she talked to Catt Sadler of E! News during a recent interview.

What do you think of the rumor that Scott Disick purchased a $6 million home near Kourtney Kardashian so that he could spy on his ex-girlfriend in the event that she continues to hookup with Justin Bieber? Do you think there is any truth to the rumor, or do you find it to be ridiculous? Why or why not?
