Gwen Stefani Imitates Miranda Lambert’s Natural Look For Blake Shelton But Flaunted Red Lips For Gavin Rossdale
Gwen Stefani has become a fashion idol as well as a pop star, and one of her stylish trademarks for years has been her bright red lipstick. When Gwen was putting together her new beauty collection, for which she partnered up with Urban Decay, Stefani made sure that four options of red lipstick were included, reported Allure.
“I went through all my makeup and was like, OK, what are my must-haves? Not, like, fashion-shoot-type stuff, but just what I’m legitimately wearing every day,” revealed Gwen. “There’s not one color in the collection that isn’t true to who I am. I didn’t consider anyone else—it was really about what I needed.”
In addition to those red lipstick varieties, Gwen added lip liners, rosy nude lipstick, bright fuschia, and other types of cosmetics. And because Stefani knows how having children can affect the lasting power of lipstick, she ensured that her collection is long-lasting.
With a background as a makeup artist, Gwen emphasizes that she’s passionate about cosmetics. Regardless of whether she’s on a date with Blake Shelton to an upscale restaurant or shopping with her sons, makeup is a must-have for the superstar singer.
“I wear it every day, no matter what. When I don’t wear makeup, it just doesn’t feel right. People think I’m insane, but I feel like it’s part of who I am that day and who I want to be.”
Despite her passion for makeup, Stefani has recently been toning down her use of that red lipstick, according to People.

Married to Gavin Rossdale for 13 years prior to their recent divorce, Gwen typically flaunted her red lips. Now that she’s dating Blake, however, Stefani is just as often seen with more natural colors on her lips. And the choice just may be linked to Shelton.
During her marriage to Gavin, she shared that he preferred her with cosmetics.
“I like to make my husband like me more,” revealed Stefani when she was wed to Rossdale. “And he likes it when I’m wearing makeup.”
“No, I don’t worry about [getting Gwen’s lipstick on me]. There’s plenty of ways [to get it off] — soap and water is fine. It’s all worth it!” declared Rossdale a few years prior to their divorce.
While Blake hasn’t stated his preference when it comes to women and red lipstick, his ex-wife Miranda Lambert recently flaunted her no-makeup look and natural preferences for People.
“I don’t wear a lot of makeup at home,” Lambert revealed. “When I’m just off and hanging out I just put on some tinted moisturizer and sunscreen and mascara. And lip gloss! It’s kind of an addiction.”

Do Blake’s former wife, Lambert, and his current girlfriend, Stefani, have rude views of each other? Miranda and Gwen aren’t having a feud, and instead respect each other as artists, a source revealed to E! News.
“Gwen and Miranda are actually big fans of each other’s music and respect each other as artists,” shared the source. “Miranda has always thought very highly of Gwen and thinks she is an extremely talented artist.”
Moreover, it’s mutual. There’s reportedly no anger, hostility, or even jealousy between Lambert and Stefani.
“Gwen thinks very highly of Miranda and really likes her music,” added the source. “Gwen thinks it’s great that Miranda is dating and in a happy place! Gwen is not the kind of women to be catty at all, and she avoids drama at all accounts.”
