Stella Maxwell Nude: Is She Showing Miley Cyrus What She’s Missing?
Miley Cyrus’ ex-girlfriend Stella Maxwell is baring all in a new photo shoot. Some media outlets think that the Victoria’s Secret Angel is showing the pop star what she’s been missing.
Stella Maxwell’s claim to fame was dating Miley Cyrus in 2015. Now she’s set to make a mark on the world by being one of Victoria’s Secret’s 10 Angels and posing nude in photo shoots. The 24-year-old blonde beauty took to her Instagram page to share a black-and-white nude photo. The NSFW photo shows Maxwell’s posing naked in front of an American flag in what looks like a messy apartment. Despite the obvious nudity in the photo, Maxwell quoted fashion journalist Diana Vreeland, who has said that one’s sense of style is not about what they wear – or don’t wear.
The model wrote in the caption, “‘You gotta have style. It helps you get down the stairs. It helps you get up in the morning. It’s a way of life. Without it, you’re nobody. I’m not talking about lots of clothes.’ Diane Vreeland.”
This isn’t the only nude photo that Stella posed. She then shared a throwback photo to the time when she went skinny dipping with fellow friend and Victoria’s Secret Angel Barbara Palvin. The two beauties covered up their breasts and pressed up close to each other as they posed for the camera. She simply included the hashtag #archives.
Back in December, the model got cheeky with Romee Strijd. Maxwell shared a photo of the models wearing black fishnet tops, black corseted bras, and high-waisted bottoms on Instagram. In the caption, she teased her fans about “something big” coming in 2016. Her friend Strijd shared another photo of the duo in a super-hot black-and-white shot.
She included the caption, “Ready to party with my dark angel @stellamaxwell.”
Stella Maxwell and Miley Cyrus dated during the spring and summer of 2015. The two were last spotted kissing in front of a touring bus last July and haven’t been spotted together since. When asked about her relationship status by Elle U.K. back in July, Miley simply said that she was dating around.
“I’m 22, I’m going on dates, but I change my style every two weeks, let alone who I’m with.”
Miley Cyrus hasn’t been as active on Instagram these days. And despite claiming that she’s pansexual, she has been rumored to have rekindled her relationship with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth over the holidays. The famous exes were spotted spending time together with the Hemsworth clan in Australia.
Stella Maxwell has been seen cozying up to someone else as well. Not only has she been getting flirty with other models, but she’s also been photographed numerous times with Johnny Depp’s 16-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose Depp. The two looked very cozy during their own photo shoot for Love magazine in late August. It was also around the time that the teen came out as sexually fluid on social media.
While there’s nothing that suggests the two are more than friends, it sparked confusion among Cyrus and Maxwell’s fans. Some even asked, “What about Miley?”
Not only do Stella and Lily look cozy in their Love magazine shoot, but they also look cozy in the many candids they post on social media. Miley and Stella were rumored to be dating for six months, having contacted each other through Instagram. In an interview with V Magazine, Stella revealed that Miley’s best friend Cheyne Thomas spoke to her about taking some photos of her.
“We met through mutual friends via Instagram, which is where Cheyne contacted me about taking some photos.”
She even admitted the meeting the singer for the first time was “friendship at first sight” and better than she had ever imagined.
“It’s been a trip to hang out and see a little of their world. Felt very organic and right.”
