Yolanda Foster Packs Up After Divorce, Buys $4.5 Million Penthouse
Yolanda Foster seems to be moving on with her life just fine since her big split with David Foster. Of course, this is hard for the star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she is moving on and getting rid of the junk. E! Online shared that Yolanda is actually packing up her stuff and getting rid of the extra baggage. Yolanda went to her Instagram page to share that she is packing up clothes and getting rid of the ones she doesn’t need anymore. Of course, it does look like Foster has a lot more clothes than anyone could ever need.

Along with the picture she posted, Yolanda Foster said, “If you have not worn it in the past year, it’s probably time to PASS IT ON…….. #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld #BackToLifeBackToReality 2016.” Yolanda is ready to move on with her life and get things going again as a single woman on her own. Even though David and Yolanda are over with, they are both being very positive with each other when it comes to the press. Neither one of them is talking bad about each other, which doesn’t happen very often in a high-profile split like this one.
Yolanda Foster has finally moved on and got her own place too. A source shared that Yolanda moved out of the condo that is actually owned by David. She had been staying there after they sold their mansion and now has finally found a place to call her own.
“David thought it best that she move out. It was his condo they had been living in.”
Us Magazine shared that Yolanda Foster actually bought herself a $4.5 million condo recently. This is a very nice condo that Yolanda got for herself located in the luxe, 24-story Carlyle Residences. It is 4,000 sq. ft., which is plenty of room for Yolanda even though it is a lot smaller than the 12,000 sq. ft. home that she shared with David. They actually sold this house after the split, so Yolanda couldn’t have stayed there anyway.
Yolanda has a pool, private elevator, and really high ceilings. This is a gorgeous home with a really big dining area for inviting guests over. There is also a balcony that overlooks L.A. in her new condo. She also has automated window shades that are UV-ray resistant. Yolanda Foster is moving on with her life now just fine in her new home. When Yolanda and David called it quits, they shared a joint statement about the split.
“We are grateful for the years we’ve spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best. I hope that we can pave the road ahead of us with all we’ve learned and with the love and respect we will always have for one another.”
This season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers have watched as Yolanda Foster battled Lyme disease while a few women on the show didn’t even believe her about what was going on. Things have been hard for her, but Yolanda seems to be pulling through and handling it all pretty well considering.
