Jennifer Garner Is Not Dating Patrick Dempsey, Rep Laugh Off Rumors
Is Jennifer Garner dating Patrick Dempsey? That’s what the rumor mill is saying, but how true is this gossip? According to Patrick Dempsey’s reps, it’s not true at all. In fact, when they were asked about the rumor by Gossip Cop, they simply laughed it off.
That said, it isn’t hard to believe that Dempsey’s reps laughed off the rumor. After all, the last we heard about Dempsey, the Inquisitr reported that it looked like Patrick “McDreamy” Dempsey was working things out with his estranged wife, Jillian Fink. Now that he’s away from Grey’s Anatomy, Dempsey seems to have a little more balance in his life. Judging from a few interviews, it sounds like that’s exactly what the actor was looking for.
The estranged pair were seen in November hand in hand while taking a romantic stroll in Paris. However, sources told TMZ that Fink and Dempsey aren’t reuniting, and that after 15 years of marriage, the pair are still going through with their divorce.
As for Jennifer Garner, it doesn’t look like she’s quick to find love. Although sources have said that she’s moved on from estranged husband Ben Affleck, and sources claim that she’s “less stressed” after the split from the Pearl Harbor star. Insiders have gone on to say that Garner will not be dating for a long time.
According to People, she’s not looking to date anyone because of the heartache she’s experienced from her pending divorce.
“She is moving on. But she is still far, far from dating and it will probably be a long time before she even cares to focus on dating.”

It makes sense that Garner wouldn’t focus on dating right now. The estranged couple still has three young children to co-parent together — Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3. And although rumors swirled that Affleck had cheated on Garner with their former nanny Christine Ouzounian, the two have figured out co-parenting in an amicable way.
Ben and Jen figured out the holidays together as a family unit. A source said that spending the holidays together for the kids was important for them as a family. For Thanksgiving, it’s said that Garner entertained Affleck’s side of the family, and for Christmas and New Year’s, the two fled Hollywood for a private trip to Montana at the members-only ski resort Big Sky.
A source told People, “Jen and Ben seem happy to be on vacation. They both enjoy the privacy of Montana.”
Additionally, the source went on to say that even though the two announced their divorce on their 10th anniversary together, the couple isn’t looking to mediate right away.

“They don’t seem in a rush to figure out the divorce details and will deal with it in the new year,” the insider explained.
Currently, Affleck is staying in an attached guest house on the property, where Garner lives with their three children. Although this arrangement seems to work best for the children, sources told the outlet that it’s become challenging because Ben and Jen have to converse every single day and still see a lot of each other given their close proximity.
Months ago, it was reported that the pair put their house up for sale on the market and that Affleck rented a home down the block from the property. That said, it’s not known if the couple has had any offers on their mansion or what Affleck plans to do with the new home he’s renting but not staying at.
