Tyga Cheating On Kylie Jenner Rumor Leads To Possible Lawsuit

The rumor that Tyga was cheating on Kylie Jenner with a 14-year-old has led to a big problem for the magazine that first reported it. The rapper and the KUWTK star have had their share of problems and cheating rumors flying around, but they seem to always get through and stay together.

OK! Magazine broke the story in December, reporting on a series of texts that allegedly passed between Tyga and the underage girl. According to the rumors, Kylie, 18, caught Tyga texting the 14-year-old, who is rumored to “live on the East Coast.” A source told Intouch Weekly that Tyga texted and “tried to FaceTime” on a daily basis with the girl, and if the rumors were true, that would definitely count as cheating.

“He’s texted her every day, and he’s tried to FaceTime with her too. He keeps telling her how beautiful she is and how he can’t wait to hang out with her.”

Now, according to TMZ, the 14-year-old is hitting back through her lawyer, Gloria Allred. Allred is “about to blast the whole story” about Tyga cheating on Kylie with the younger girl. The report of the rumor, published late last year, has “drawn the ire” of the lawyer. Allred says that the rumors showed the unidentified girl in a “false light,” and she’s going after the people who broke the story to clear her the 14-year-old client’s character.

Allred has a lot of experience helping women who have been involved in sex scandal situations. NBC New York reports that Allred is also representing the women in the court case against Bill Cosby. The comedian is accused of a lot more than text cheating on his girlfriend, with charges of “three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault.” That means Cosby “is accused of penetrating someone with part of his body without that person’s consent.” Those rumors have become evidence now, and Allred’s job is to prove them true.

Allred doesn’t pull her punches, and she’s happy to take on another rumor to prove that it’s false.

The whole cheating story about Kylie catching Tyga texting with an underaged girl came shortly after another rumor about Tyga cheating. Five months earlier, Tyga had an “alleged fling” with Mia Isabella, a transgender model.

He weathered the cheating storm, and Kylie forgave him, although InTouch Weekly reports that a source told OK! at the time of the text-cheating accusation that Kylie felt “like a fool for having believed him before.” But it looks like Kylie’s instincts were right about Tyga, and he’s not the cheater that some of the rumors make him out to be.

Allred is reportedly concerned that the rumor made the teenager seem to be “excited” about the idea of being involved in an “alleged sex scandal” with Tyga. It’s unclear what the plans are for helping the girl deal with the claims that Tyga was cheating with her. It’s possible there could be a lawsuit, but with “no mention of a lawsuit yet” and no official announcement, that’s hard to say. What we do know is that there will be a news conference that includes Allred, the teenager, and the girl’s mother. The news conference will happen Monday afternoon, and TMZ plans to have a live stream so that fans can find out what’s going to happen.
