Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton: Cutest Moments Of 2015
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton each had a rough year in the romance department separate from one another, of course. Stefani split from Bush front-man Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage and Blake Shelton split from Miranda Lambert after issues within their rocky relationship were made public.
The hit television show The Voice saw to it that these talented and beloved stars went from colleagues to couple. E! reminds as to the moment it became clear that Gwen and Blake were, indeed, a couple.
“They first sparked rumors of a budding romance when they were spotted cozying up at Maroon 5’s Halloween party. E! News exclusively obtained the photos that showed Shelton keeping the No Doubt singer close to him, putting his hands on her shoulders and then ultimately her waist. Only a few days later Shelton’s rep would confirm their romance to us, and since then it has been quite a whirlwind!”
Although Gwen and Blake prefer to keep details of their relationship private, Stefani did recently share about her new beau with Entertainment Tonight and noted that Blake was a source of support while she was going through her divorce from Gavin.
“He’s a pretty rad guy, I have to say that. Blake really helped me.”
The pair has attempted to also keep their romance off screen and to not allow it to be a romance that is overly obvious on air while they continue as co-judges on The Voice. However, it’s clearly been a challenge for Blake and Gwen to keep their adoration for each other off the hit show. One adorable moment that had fans cheering for the pair was when Gwen ran and jumped into her country crooner’s arms while the cameras were rolling. That’s pretty great TV.
An insider relayed to E! about the pair, and about Gwen’s connection with Blake, after noting that it certainly seems that the “Hollaback Girl” is in love.
“Many of Gwen’s friends love how happy she has been over these past few months, and they believe she found love again. The media craze just annoys her because of the way it can affect kids in situations like this, but she has been giving them unconditional love and talking to them.”
Even though Stefani and Shelton have been able to spend a good deal of time together while on The Voice, they are expected to be apart for various events and concerts. However, the pair have been caught ensuring to keep in touch and make things work, even when distance separates them. One instance demonstrating this is when Stefani was seen FaceTiming Shelton just before boarding a private plane and heading off to her performance.
Seeing as Gwen was set on spending time with her kids over Thanksgiving, she was also away from Blake, but the two met up shortly after and enjoyed a romantic dinner while onlookers say they were completely loving and affectionate toward each other.
“They didn’t spend Turkey Day together, but they made sure to spend time together over the December holidays. The duo jetted off to pal RaeLynn’s engagement party together, where they were the “life of the party” in ugly Christmas sweaters. But if you hadn’t gotten enough of these two, they made sure to show their love a few days before Christmas when Stefani shared a video on Twitter of Shelton giving her tons of kisses—no mistletoe necessary.”
As Christmas approached, the couple remained solid in their blossoming romance. Gwen and Blake spent Christmas together and definitely have fans wondering what will be next for the talented duo.
