Katie Holmes Being Stalked By Church Of Scientology

Katie Holmes Being Followed By Church Of Scientology

We knew this day would come, not only when Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes would call it quits but when members of the scientology community would start spying on Holmes to ensure she doesn’t expose the religious organization.

Sources close to Katie Holmes have revealed that the organization has allegedly “put a team on her tail” to ensure she doesn’t expose the organization.

It’s easy to dismiss the claims as “paranoid” until we realize that several photographs of Holmes taken over the last several weeks have included several “mysterious” men and vehicles positioned around Katie’s apartment and then again in public.

Several photographs show a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes SUV near Katie’s apartment over the past week and then again out in public. At least one publication has put a “tail” on Katie Holmes but the vehicles do not appear to be that publications.

In the meantime Katie Holmes will likely be in New York City for a while, she has petitioned for her divorce in that state so she can attempt to gain full custody of her daughter. Tom Cruise in the meantime wants the divorce to happen in California so he doesn’t have to admit to New York residency and can avoid the cities higher taxes.

If the Church of Scientology is in fact tailing Katie Holmes it could greatly help her law team as she prepares for what is sure to be a messy divorce from Tom Cruise.

Would you be surprised to learn that the Church of Scientology is spying on Katie Holmes?

Hell no. Those people are fanatical about their 'church' and their secrets, etc. Would not be surprised to see anything in the future emanating from their headquarters. You see how crazy he is, and he is the 'face' of their organization? Can you imagine what is done behind closed doors?

"scientology" is a "religion" made by a sci fi writer to make money. You have to pay for every "level up". You'd have to be a fool to be in it.

  3. Barbie Schmidt

They're a bunch of fanatical nut-jobs who people tolerate because they have money. They are no different than any other freaky cult, in my opinion. It's just become accepted due to the high number of celebrity members. Just goes to show you that being rich or a celebrity doesn't make you the best person to follow or emulate (i.e. elections, etc!). Katie is smart for getting the hell out, I can't believe she waited so long!

  4. Jan Plymale Hodgson

Funny that Mr. Cruise is always trying to duck his tax responsibilities….Mr. Cruise, you play, you pay! Or should I say you reside there, you pay. Nuff said.

  5. Lynda Elaine

All religions are made up by sci fi writers to make money. You'd have to be fool to be in it. Fixed that for you.

  6. Allen Bates

This is what you get from cults like this and the Mormons.

  7. Karen Walters Griffee

A 'church' that sells its secrets definitely would protect them from being given away for free.

  8. Elizabeth Honce

I think he will have a harder time with her than he did with Kidman. Katie has less to be afraid of so she won't go quietly or give her daughter up.

  9. Lynda Elaine

check out the definition of cult. The only gain 'respectability" when they have enough people to gain power and wealth. Christianity and Islam are no exceptions.

There is a huge Scientology compound near Hemet CA, it is beautiful from what you can see from the road outside the big locked gates..rumor has it that is where they send the people struggling with the rules, kind of a reprogramming stations if ya will…don't know much about it myself..just what I have heard. Following her, yes I would believe that. I am sure they don't want outsiders knowing what goes on inside those walls. It could be Tom's people trying to get dirt on her to use against her too..who knows..The little girl will probably suffer the most. The pawn in a huge Hollywood divorce..feel for her…

Which Sci-Fi writer created Catholicism? Just curious to hear your answer. I'm not refuting your comment…

  13. Ernest Crunkleton

John wrote Jude, Revelation and lots of apochrapha. Plenty of Sci-fi in those texts.

  14. Melinda Killie

No. Not surprised… What REALLY surprises me is that Tom Cruise doesn't tell the so called Church of Scientology to back off~.
It is surprising to me that the church wants to be involved in a high profile divorce case. Talk about sticking your feet right in the middle. Paranoia or not, they need to stay out of it.

  15. Sueann Borkowski Hopper

I read about that early this morning….

  16. Kevin Nicholas

What are you Ms Lynda a cartoon writer ? You fixed nothing, just made a rather ignorant comment for someone associated with a College…

  17. Dani Smith

Lynda Elaine, I will pray the Lord will work in your life ! To bring you Knowledge and Truth ! If in all our Glorious universe, If not by GOD What then ? by accident or coincidence ? I believe NOT !

  18. Dani Smith

The Bible was written by man, inspired by GOD! These are GODS words and Teachings to live by. So many deny him and the world has come to the state it's in because of it ! Pray for Knowledge in his words !

  19. Ernest Crunkleton

Inspired by god i wont argue, god is a powerful meme.

  20. Denise Bouschor

So now the paparazzi has some competition……….really…….the "church" is sure to sanitize their involvement……Kate needs to disappear while everyone fights over her heart and mind…….I feel sorry for her…….

Scientology is NOT a Religion But a CULT. religions ask for donations(tything) and the Scientology TELLS you to give Money if you want a place in their house. And If you want a voice(vote) you pay in to get it. Glad She finally SAW THE LIGHT and got out of there. maybe she Might grow again as an actress since Tom is going Down hill fast. his last movie MI:GP was the worst, and now the Rock of Age… is ok ONLY Because of the Supporting cast that keeps it afloat. Even Oprah could not see TC real face. Good LUCK Katie and May your Career get back on track.

  22. John T Castillo

Eddie. you post is known as SPAM and will be blocked. They are a SCAM. Their rule get from peter to pay paul is how it works.

  23. Nancy King

Would not be surprised they are following her, however when she married the ugly litttle nutcase she knew what she was getting into. So no sympathy for Katie.

  24. Michelle Hawkins-Hazelwood

There's couple other religions out there that qualify under the parameters defining cullt, but were I to mention one of them, i have friends whom I value here, that would take Tea Party offense to my experience of having relatives in that cult and knowing it too well for it's ugly side.

  25. Terri Cabral Jackson

I have driven past the compound near Hemet and have seen guards armed with assault rifles patrolling the gates and fences. Don't know of any other "religion" that uses lethal force to keep people out.

  26. Debi Cortez

the old white catholic men who wrote the bible used mythology based on verbal history which is a form of what we call sci-fi. that term wasn't used then.

  27. Minami Otaku

i saw a documentary about how they disciplined a woman for not being good at auditting people, by making her eat out of a bucket like a dog.
Its not their space ship beliefs that are the problem. Its their abuse. A few guys getting rich and in order to keep control, they abuse, isolate and threaten their doubters. Watch the documentaries on Youtube.

  28. Minami Otaku

There's a difference when people take offense and decide they don't like you anymore. Scientologists are FORCED to cut all ties with any family that criticizes them, and they always tell the media that its the member's "choice." Forced abortions in the Sea Org are being investigated in Australia.
There are some bad and stupid churches out there, but this one is a cult in all the worst ways and a religion in nearly none.

  29. Minami Otaku

yeah, she was a dumb 20-something. and she probably didn't know how dangerous they were until she saw it up close.

  30. Michelle Hawkins-Hazelwood

I agree. My point was only that it is not the only one, and it's definately not the most dangerous. However whenever I state facts and circumstances I have personally witnessed, certain GOP friends take offense and come back with ugly statements not founded in truth, but perception based on spin. If we're going to call something what it is, and vilify it, we must honestly look at how the same situation, the same parameters and effects (especially on women) are happening in pseudo-mainstream cults.

  31. Francine Jones

Kwanzaa is not a cult or religion, it is a opportunity to celebrate your ancestors and it lays out principles to live by like unity, working together, being of service, etc.

the world has always had issues of war, hate, ect. the world has never once been in a perfect state, that is human nature. it was that way before the development of christianity and the bible and has gotten worse over time. to presume that the problems are because of non believers is a very ridiculous thing to assume. those words were stories and tales (a lot of them from summerian and egyption mythology and pagan myths) that were usually passed on from person to person. this makes the stories a bunch of folklore that scribes decided to transcribe centuries (in most cases) after the event or story being told (if the events actually even happened). it was put into a book, that only the church could read for many years, and used that to persecute non followers and to put fear and make money off of those that did. they are not the words of any one man, or beings. sure knowledge can be found inbetween the lines like it can with any story but the stories are words developed by many people and out of many different beliefs in which most focused on polytheism and were altered to fit the need. reading some of the philosophies and mythologies of the ancient tribes and societies before the old testament (written to give priests authority over the jews) and you will see quite a few simillarities. scientology, i personally believe, is the worst though, if it can be called a religion. it is more of a frat than a center of worship and the founder was using it to hide from tax evasion and all kinds of other crap. spent most of his life in hiding. even let his wife go to jail while he ran…what a role model…plus the fact that one can not seek refuge or guidance that is available in most christian religions. instead you are required to pay for thier services and guidance. sounds more like an over hyped shrink agency

  33. Glenna Bible

If Scientology, cult that it is, didn't have anything to hide, they wouldn't be following Katie's every move. I hope she sues them for harassment! Last I heard , in this country, you have rights to do as you please as long as you don't break any laws.

  34. Barbie Schmidt

Because most of us are so anal regarding THAT definition! But thanks for clearing it up Miss Knowitall. I know some other people who fancy themselves above everyone else; from the sound of your posts on here, you would get along with with them just fine! Anyone with average intelligence can pull a definition out of a dictionary. You can't get common sense and street smarts out of a book! Narcissism isn't really a redeaming quality…

You have to be a celebrity or wealthy to join. One of my brothers was in to Scientology for awhile and all of his pay check went to them. He had a good job and he was sleeping in his car to afford the next level up. He slept in the car because he did not want to tell the family he was in to it. He confided in me and for his sake, I went to a weird interview process. I asked them what I thought were sensible questions and they labeled me boarder line antagonistic and declared me unstable….hummm…the whole experience was unreal. They were so far our I wanted to declare them aliens…maye I am an antagonist, or at least confrontational.

Mormons fit the definition of a cult, as does any system of religion that involves belief, ceremony and rites; especially, in my opinion, compliance with directives from authority figures within the cult that demand a certain level of loyalty with regard to both perceptions and behavior. I don't see how dobro players can be compared. Maybe Michael will follow up on that. I could, however, see some resemblance between cults and brand loyalists.

Cults are businesses, so, like any business, PR and marketing are the critical departments; it is the marketing folks that are not only responsible for bringing 'em in but also keeping 'em in. Consequently they create incentives, including both fears and pressure to remain loyal, – (mormons do monitor members, as do scientologists, both being similar to any smart business that monitors both it's employees and purchasers) – until loyalty is affirmed through time, repetition and eventually habit. That is the primary goal: to instill a comfortable "feeling" of comraderie within – and companionship with – the brand and all the perceptions that go with the brand until loyalty becomes a habit. But more importantly, that the perceptions associated with that habit (brand), will eventually become an intrinsic component of each loyalist's character.

Religious cults are no different than any new age or life coaching programs though. They simply have the added feature of an epic fictional story as a foundation. But the core "active" product is basically the same – a template on how to live, how to perceive, etc.. All the other stuff like rituals, what underwear to wear, when to genuflect, prayer, the songs and on and on … including, offering the most potent elixir: a sense of having the "right" answer (always a savvy enticement for a human's ego). Without religion, though, what would we have? – 6 billion humans thinking for his or her self? Now, that's the stuff of science fiction.

You don't know that. The Church of Scientology is very secretive. Which is why it is so selective with who actually gets into it. There is a reason why people have a hard time taking it seriously. You have t pay thousands of dollars to be considered anything within the church. The books costs money, the donations, annual fees, and etc. This is why people always make fun of it or look it strangely.

  40. Calleigh Carter Messer

oh yeah if it cost money to be a member how come i am taking lessions of scientology and i have not payed one dime

  41. Michael Hatcher

Because you are not doing it the right way then. Everyone knows you have to pay money to be apart of the church. Don't believe me then look it up. It literally costs thousands of dollars to be an official member of the church.

  42. Calleigh Carter Messer

no it dont why dont u try taking lessions and learn what i have it a great thing scientology

Scientology…it even sounds stupid! Are they scientists? How can they even call that a religion? I'm sure they have some hidden agenda, plans and motives, and PLENTY of secrets. Most likely some that are more shocking than what we already think we may know about scientology and its members starting at the top.

Barbie, narcissism may not be a redeeming quality, but neither is being just plain mean when one doesn't agree with someone else. Take a note from Dani on how to deal with someone who believes something you don't. Maybe posting a dictionary definition somehow shows average intelligence in your world, but snark, rudeness and name-calling fall into the realm of the less than average intelligence in the rest of ours. If you are so "Christian" you should start acting like it.

The Bible is actually plagiarized directly from ancient Egyptian mythology. Then it was re translated several times to fit what the church wanted people to believe. None of it is fact and Jesus Christ was not even a real person, rather a representation of the SUN also called the "Sun of God" not"Son" who is chased away every night by Set, the moon and reappears or is resurrected each day triumphantly chasing away the dark. Until the time of Henry VIII the common man was not even allowed to read the bible for fear that we would interpret for ourselves what the meanings were and therefore misrepresent what the Catholic church wanted the people to believe. Catholicism is just another organization trying to rule the world and keep the "sheeple" in line. There are dozens of actual historians that lived in and around the time and areas that Christ would have existed, yet not one actual historical account of the man exists. Google Zeitgeist: The Movie the first 45 min or so explains this all quite logically.

  47. John Morton

The FBI and the IRS need to investigate this cult. The Police should be searching for Shelly Miscavige, who has been missing since 2007.
