‘The Bachelor’ Ben Higgins Cheat Sheet: Keep Track Of 28 Girls From Limo Exits To Night One Eliminations


The Bachelor 2016 premiere is just a week away, and fans are excited to see Ben Higgins find love among 28 ladies cast for ABC’s popular reality show. Whether you are organizing a viewing party or watching the premiere alone on January 4, you’ll need a cheat sheet to keep track of who the contestants are.

Although there are plenty of Bachelor spoilers available online, many fans enjoy trying to figure out who will get the first impression rose, who the season 20 villain is, and which ladies Ben will send home on night one.

Find a full list of this season’s contestants below, along with some spoiler-free gossip about the girls who will be creating some drama in the mansion.

Of note, the majority of the girls cast for Ben’s season range in age from 23 to 25, with only three contestants who are 30-years-old. Although the contestants seem to be on the young side compared to girls on other seasons, Hollywood Life reports that Ben just recently turned 27, so he’s a young Bachelor. Chris Soules was 33, and Sean Lowe was 30 when they had the job of handing out roses.

Jackie Dion, 23, currently lives in California and writes for a publication called Stitch.

Jami Letain, 23, is from Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe’s hometown of Vancouver, Canada.

Emily and Haley Ferguson, 23, are twin sisters from Las Vegas. They have some experience filming a TV show after appearing on CMT’s Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders reality series.

Jessica Moser, 23, lives in Florida and recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in finance.

Lauren Barr, 23, hails from Stillwater, Oklahoma, and is a fashion buyer.

Caila Quinn, 23, currently lives in a suburb near Boston, Massachusetts. According to Reality Steve, she is pegged to be this season’s drama queen and is “constantly on for the cameras.”

Isabel Goodkind, 23, lives in New York City where she works as a graphic designer.

Olivia Caridi, 23, is a news anchor for a Virginia TV station. Host Chris Harrison puts her on the “girls to watch list” and hints that she may not be on the show for the right reasons.

Jubilee Sharpe, 24, currently lives in Florida. WetPaint reports she is a U.S. Army veteran.

Rachel Tchen, 24, lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, and works for Staples Advantage in business development.

Joelle Fletcher, 24, known as “JoJo” on the show, owns a real estate development company in Texas.

Lauren Himle, 25, is a teacher who lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Jen Saviano, 25, runs the online clothing store, Hot Pink Hanger, and currently lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Lace Morris, 25, is a realtor from Denver, Colorado. She’s rumored to be this season’s villain who ends up drinking a bit too much on the first night.

Amanda Stanton, 25, is the only single mother cast for this season of The Bachelor. She currently lives in Orange County, California, with her daughters who are aged 1 and 3.

Laura Esselman, 25, lives in Louisville, Kentucky, where she works for an ad agency.

Leah Block, 25, is an event coordinator who lives in the same city as Ben and contestant Lace Morris — Denver, Colorado.

Lauren Bushnell, 25, is from Portland, Oregon, but currently lives in L.A. where she works as a flight attendant.

Becca Tilley, 26, lives in San Diego, California, and was Chris Soules’ runner-up on the last season of the Bachelor.

Samantha Passmore, 26, works as a law clerk in Jacksonville, Florida.

Shushanna Mkrtychyan, 27, currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Tiara Soleim, 27, works as a dental assistant in Redmond, Washington.

Lauren Russell, 27, previously worked as an elementary school teacher in St. Louis before moving to Houston, Texas.

Amanda Kremer, 28, is a dentist from Portland, Oregon. Previews show her giving Ben a dental cleaning before she kisses him at the first cocktail party.

Maegan Miller, 30, is a CPA from Weatherford, Texas.

Breanne Rice, 30, is a health blogger and nutritional therapist from Seattle, Washington. Reality Steve states that she’s been divorced twice.

Amber James, 30, is back for another shot at finding love. She not only appeared on Chris Soules’ season of the Bachelor, she appeared on several episodes of Bachelor in Paradise season 3 last summer.

The two-hour Bachelor season premiere, hosted by Chris Harrison, begins at 8 p.m. ET on January 4 on ABC.
