Emo Kylo Ren Tweets From The Dark Side [Spoilers]


If you’ve seen the new Star Wars film, you know that Kylo Ren is a man with a lot of feelings that he tries his best to cover up. [If you haven’t seen it, stop reading here, because this article contains spoilers.] When all those feelings come together, he makes a pretty good villain, one on his way to leading on the legacy of Darth Vader on the dark side.

In homage to Ren’s emotional state and penchant for black clothing, one Twitter fan has created a profile for “Emo Kylo Ren,” whose Twitter name is @KyloR3n. The character uses this page to outlet some of his feelings, just like an Emo teenager.

For starters, he obviously has some major issues with his parents.

He also used this outlet to explain his obsession with becoming like his grandfather, Darth Vader. Ren has a creepy obsession with living up to the legacy Vader left to the dark side. At one point in the movie, we see him talking to the burned helmet of Vader, discussing his weaknesses and how he needs the strength the carry on.

This made for some pretty good jokes about how his unhealthy obsession with Darth Vader a little too much. Read the tweets below.

The architect of this stunt also came up with some pretty good one-liners about Kylo Ren’s untamed power. In the film, he’s considered the most powerful user of the force and goes uncontested until Rey fights him near the end of the film.

This is by far one of the best Star Wars parody Twitter accounts made. It brings in the right amount of humor, while still touching on some important character traits from Star War’s newest villain, Kylo Ren.
