Jennifer Lawrence On Never Dating Justin Bieber, Kissing Liam Hamsworth, And More
Jennifer Lawrence made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live Monday night. During the interview, Andy Cohen began a game of “Plead the Fifth,” in which Cohen asked Lawrence to answer a number of personal questions. She had the choice to answer each truthfully or choose to “plead the fifth” and remain silent. This game is infamous for getting celebrities to spill particular secrets about their personal lives.
She answered a series of questions, but some were more hilarious or shocking than others. To begin with, J-Law says she would never date Justin Bieber. More specifically, a fan called in about the Biebs and asked, “Would you ever tap that?”
Lawrence set down her drink and replied, “Uh, I’m going to say a hard no.”
In addition, she didn’t quite deny that she and Chris Martin of Coldplay were dating. Cohen asked her about it, saying that the two had never confirmed whether those rumors were true.
“We never did,” she said.
Cohen asked, “Were you [dating]?” and Lawrence shrugged it off, saying, “Come on,” but not really answering the question.
Cohen also asked Lawrence about being seen together with Adele and Emma Stone at a restaurant. It was confirmed that the three had been having dinner together.
About this meeting, Cohen asked, “What did you talk about with Adele and Emma Stone at dinner, and who picked up the check?”
Lawrence replied, “I think we all would’ve been like, Adele you’ve had a pretty good week. What did we talk about? I don’t know. We talked about everything but work.”
Not too revealing of a question, but still interesting all the same.
Another question involved the terrible scene Jennifer made while attending Madonna’s Oscar party. J-Law has always been known to have plenty to drink at a party, and at this particular one, she threw up all over her host’s front porch.
Cohen asked, “Did you ever hear from Madonna after you threw up on the porch at her Oscar party?”
Lawrence made a grimace, shaking her head and saying, “No.”
“What happened that night, were you just drunk or something?” Cohen asked.
“Yeah,” she replied. “Just drinking. Just drinking, and then I took a hit of weed.”
That made a perfect segue into a discussion about Jennifer’s drug habits. When Andy asked her to elaborate on her final comment from the previous question.
“I saw my brother smoking out of a bong before one of the Oscars, won’t say which,” she said with a smile.
“Did you take a little hit?” Cohen prompted.
“Uh, yeah,” she said before taking a sip of her drink to hide her face.
No interview with Jennifer Lawrence can go on right now without talking about her role in the film Joy, in which she plays a young woman in a family of powerful women seeking to continue their business legacy.
Regarding the film, Cohen asked Lawrence about her interactions with Melissa Rivers, the daughter of Joan Rivers. It’s no secret that Lawrence and the late Joan Rivers never saw eye to eye.
“Was it awkward filming a scene with Melissa Rivers in Joy, since you and her mom had a beef a few years ago?” Cohen asked.
“I really do love Joan Rivers. I am just very opinionated too. So I was complimentary of her mom, and kind of got it out of the way immediately,” Lawrence said.
Regarding the same film, Jennifer admits that Bradley Cooper is a “fantastic kisser.”
But all of these shocking reveals pale in comparison to the reveal that Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth may have had a little fling off set during the production of The Hunger Games saga.

At one point, Cohen asked, “You and Liam Hemsworth had some PDA. Have you two ever kissed when the cameras weren’t rolling?”
She admitted, “Liam and I grew up together. Liam’s real hot. What would you have done?”
This revelation comes after rumors have been circulating about how the 25-year-old actress and her friend, Australian actor Liam, were dating at one point.
All in all, it was a rather revealing night for Jennifer Lawrence on Watch What Happens Live.
