Britney Spears: On Revamping 75 Percent Of Vegas Show, Being Part Of Miss Universe, And Her ‘Beautiful Boys’

Britney Spears has had another successful year and has been drawing in the crowds as a resident performer in Las Vegas. The pop princess has signed on to continue her residency on the strip well into 2016, and Brit has relayed that the show will be amped up a notch or two.

Perez Hilton relays that although Spears will be taking a break from the strip in the early part of 2016, it is not due to the star going on a relaxing vacay. Brit will instead be working like mad to get her revamped show ready for the new year. Hilton shares a bit about the entertainer’s schedule for the beginning of 2016.

“[T]he 34-year-old is going to spend that time revamping her Piece Of Me show! In fact, the singer’s going to be changing about 75% of the content! The momma-of-two will be adding in new songs and dance routines, and those rehearsals have actually already started! We love that Brit is trying to keep things fresh!”

In addition to working on the new show, Britney will be involved in the Miss Universe pageant and will therefore need until January 27th of the new year, to get everything ironed out and to complete her role at the event. Then the beauty will return to the stage in Vegas. Additionally, Spears has been working quite secretively on her next album and has been sneaky about releasing social media teasers that tease when it may drop. There is still no word yet on the date, but fans are sure to be understanding since the star is seemingly working hard on her live show.

The new show will not be unveiled until Valentine’s Day 2016, and it’s definitely a point of anticipation for fans of the entertaining star. Being such a hardworking mother of two, and remaining so focused since a series of blips in her past, has earned Spears respect from an expansive audience. Additionally, it’s been reported that Spears’ ex, Kevin Federline, will be making his appearance on the strip as a DJ, but it’s unlikely this will be a point of concern or a distraction to the hardworking songstress.

Although Spears continues to succeed on stage and to rock all of her gigs and studio sessions, she’s clearly smitten with her role as a mother to her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Brit never fails to show how much they mean to her, and how involved she is in their upbringing. Most recently, Brit took to Instagram to share a post of her sons while they participated in their school’s Christmas concert. The Instagram involved a fitting caption underneath that reads “My beautiful boys. Merry Christmas.”

The short clips shared includes her sons singing and dancing with every bit of enthusiasm that their mom does, while participating in the annual concert. E! Online draws one other comparison noticed while the boys took to the stage in Spears’ video.

“While the singing may first catch your attention, we’re equally impressed with the duo’s dancing abilities as they spin around in a circle and remain on point with their moves throughout the performance. Wonder where they got such great skills from?”

The holidays are likely to be filled with festivity and cheer for Spears and her adorable and talented sons. Although there are likely big plans in store for the family, Brit has remained “hush, hush” on the subject of what they will be doing over the Christmas holidays. Spears recently celebrated an eventful 34th birthday with her family, and it’s likely that the celebrating will continue over all her success and anticipation of a fantastic new year.
