Jennifer Lawrence Admits She Vomits A Lot Due To ‘Lindsay Lohan-Grade Exhaustion’

The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence has become one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood today, and that can be proven with films such as Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle, while she filmed four films as Katniss Everdeen.

For her new film, entitled Joy, Lawrence, admitted in an interview that she vomited minutes before the film’s premiere.

Talking to Stephen Colbert on The Late Show, the Catching Fire actress said that she suffered from a stomach virus while filming the new movie.

Unfortunately, J-Law said that she was not able to take time off because of the super busy schedule. That is why she puked often while filming.

“I puked yesterday. I’m a big time puker. I don’t stop working because I’m a show pony. I don’t have a choice,” she said.

In jest, Lawrence said that she would not stop working until her body forces her to puke or pass out.

She even admitted using mouthwash often in between romantic scenes with co-star Bradley Cooper because she was vomiting a lot.

“I get Lindsay Lohan-grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol. I’m always in bed early but I’m still tired,” J-Law added.

Unfortunately, the negative reference to Lohan prompted her sister, Aliana Lohan to fight back.

“I never breathe life into negativity but I stand by my family,” the 22-year-old wrote on Twitter. “Disappointed in Jennifer Lawrence. You lost a fan.”

Lindsay, 29, also shared her take on the issue, although she did not direct it straight at Lawrence. Instead, she quoted the late Maya Angelou in her poem, Still I Rise: “You may shoot me with your words, You may cut me with your eyes, You may kill me with your hatefulness, But still, like air, I’ll rise,” which Lohan posted on Twitter. She also thanked her sister Aliana for showing support for her. “Aliana thank you sister,” Lindsay said. “Maybe who you’re referring to should learn to support others.”

Lindsay’s mother, Dina Lohan, also expressed her disappointment to the Oscar winner for using her daughter as a bad reference. She said that, while their family has always been fans of the Mockingjay star, it was just disappointing that “she didn’t have her peers’ back.”

“You shouldn’t trash anyone, it was just surprising. My family sticks together,” Lohan, 53, said.

Lindsay is poised to make a comeback on the big screen, as she has posed for a photoshoot in Greece, performed with Duran Duran, and even announced plans to run for president in 2020.

Fortunately, after experiencing the discomforts brought about by the stomach virus, Lawrence is reportedly in better condition.

After canceling a number of interviews in the past few days, the Hollywood actress is feeling much better now, says an insider on Monday.

Meanwhile, J-Law will remain busy in the next few weeks, if not months. The Kentucky-born actress recently filmed X-Men: Apocalypse and went straight to filming Passengers, where she stars with Jurrasic World and Guardians of the Galaxy actor Chris Pratt.

Lawrence still has two movies, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 and Joy, that are in cinemas this month.

The actress was also picked to star in another film, an adaptation of author Graeme Simsion’s The Rosie Project, although she had to back out to take a break.

Jennifer also has plans on becoming a director and film writer as well.

“I have wanted to direct as long as I’ve wanted to act. I just don’t talk about it because I’d rather just do it,” she said in an interview last month.
