Kristen Doute Says James Kennedy Is Manipulative Like His Mother, Also Makes Fun Of His And Lala Kent’s ‘WWHL’ Appearance

James Kennedy is apparently a spitter. On Monday night, as the latest Vanderpump Rules episode aired and James was shown spitting towards Kristen Doute after a nasty argument, Kristen tweeted that he has actually spit on her before.

Kristen also made fun of James’ appearance on Andy Cohen’s talk show Watch What Happens Live on Monday night. James’ new girlfriend, Lala Kent, appeared alongside him. Kristen tweeted her sympathies to Andy and the WWHL producers for having to deal with James and Lala.

On the latest Vanderpump Rules episode, one scene shows Kristen and James getting into a very nasty argument after he arrives at her apartment to pick up the last of his things after their breakup. The two insult one another. James even insults Kristen’s appearance and smell, and he calls her several derogatory terms. James throws his burgeoning relationship with Lala in Kristen’s face while Kristen brings up Aleks Taldykin, the Below Deck Season 1 star she was going to go out on a date with. Upon leaving, James turns around and spits at Kristen’s door.

In response to one viewer who found Kristen’s quip after James’ spitting that she had just cleaned her apartment funny, Kristen joked that she would have sent the bill to James for her maid service if she thought that he would really pay it.

The ugliness between Kristen Doute and James Kennedy may get even worse because Kristen has brought his mother into the mix. In her latest Bravo TV blog post, posted on Tuesday, Kristen basically wrote that James gets his manipulative behavior from his mother. Asked if she thinks James lashed out at her in her apartment because of the stress of his parents’ divorce, Kristen replied that he’s just using it as an excuse.

“I think James likes to use any downfall in his day as an excuse for his behavior. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree – both he and his mother are very similar. James is a master of manipulation.”

In one scene, James meets up with his mother, whom he hadn’t seen for a while, for lunch. James’ mom tells him to just have fun with his life and stop engaging in so much drama. She warns him that “they’ll be drama down the line,” referencing her divorce from James’ father. James breaks down a bit and says that he doesn’t understand how she and his father are breaking up. He says that he doesn’t understand how after 24 years she just moved out of the apartment. James’ mom says that she didn’t just move out and that she’s 45 now and has to live her life, as does James’ dad. James says that he has been having a really difficult time with the divorce and has been using alcohol to get through it. He admits that it scares him because alcohol is an issue in their family. James’ mom admits that she’s “been there” and warns James to lay off the alcohol so that he can advance himself and music career.

In his interview, James says that every single woman in his life right now is causing him stress and he just wants to drink to forget everything.

Clearly, Kristen isn’t buying that James is really just in a lot of pain. In her blog, Kristen said that James’ aggression towards her wasn’t surprising because he has been like that for months. She added that he has spit on her before.

“James’s aggression wasn’t surprising at all. He had been a ticking time bomb for so many months and has zero impulse control… He has spit on ME in the past, so spitting on my door really shouldn’t have shocked me.”

On Watch What Happens Live, James said that he regrets how he behaved during his confrontation with Kristen.

James’ partner, Lala, explained what she sees in him despite his behavior.

Will James Kennedy and Lala Kent’s relationship last long? Kristen Doute doesn’t seem to think so. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kristen has publicly said that she thinks that James and Lala’s relationship is fake.
