Blake Shelton Reveals Who He Stayed With During Miranda Lambert Divorce

Blake Shelton had a hard time while going through his divorce from Miranda Lambert and he is now revealing who he actually leaned on during this hard time. Blake and Miranda were living together in Oklahoma, and of course, that situation wouldn’t always work for them. You would assume that Blake would go and stay with one of his country buddies like Luke Bryan, but that wasn’t the case at all. Nashville Gab shared that Blake is now revealing who he stayed with during that time and it was another coach on The Voice, but it wasn’t Gwen Stefani. Adam Levine actually stepped in and helped Blake out in his time of need.

In a recent interview with Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton, Blake Shelton revealed a lot about his life during that time. Blake shared that Adam Levine is one of his best friends, but also helped him out a lot during his divorce.

“I consider him one of my best friends. I actually went and stayed with the guy when I was going through my divorce, and he was a really good friend to me during all that.”

Blake Shelton went on to explain another reason that he thinks that he is such good friends with Adam Levine. These two really hit it off on The Voice.

“I think the thing that’s our bond is we come from such different worlds. I find we’ll get into conversations where we just pick each other’s brains of how we do our touring. The same with him. He wants to know if I’m really a farmer. We have these conversations, and hours go by. The thing we have in common is music. But that’s not what we’re interested in. We’re interested in ‘Why are you so weird?'”

The Voice has been great for Blake Shelton considering that he found such a good friend in Adam and this is how he met his new girlfriend Gwen Stefani. They all come from different worlds and without this show they may have never met each other.

Country Countdown USA shared more of the interview with Blake Shelton where he talked about Adam and his time on The Voice. On this show, some of the judges are there one season and gone the next. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton have never left the show and are there every single season. Blake said that this will never change and that neither one of them want time off. Blake actually called them the bookends. As Blake explained, people like the relationship between him and Adam and wouldn’t want it any other way. The Voice would just not be the same if they did a season without one of them on there. Blake explained that he would just want to leave the show totally if it came down to him skipping some seasons of the show.

Blake Shelton and Adam Levine seem to have the perfect friendship. It just works for them and it is great that they have found each other. This is one bromance that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Blake and Adam are happy with how it things are with them and viewers love seeing them on The Voice together. The show just wouldn’t be right without them there and their bantering back and forth. Hopefully, Blake’s relationship with Gwen continues to go well for him too.
