Joe Jonas Unfollows Gigi Hadid After Gigi And Zayn Romance Pics

Joe Jonas is so over Gigi Hadid that he unfollowed her on Twitter and Instagram. Clearly not wanting “anything to do with” either Hadid or her new boyfriend, Zayn Malik, Jonas sent a “telling” message to both of them and decided to unfollow Zayn as well. Looks like Joe might not be taking “ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid’s new romance with Zayn Malik very well.”

Some fans aren’t taking it very well either.

Gigi didn’t give herself much of a break between the split with Joe and starting a new relationship with Zayn. Joe and Gigi only broke up in early November, after dating since May. She moved on quickly, and even though Hadid’s split with Jonas was “allegedly amicable” and based on nothing more than their busy schedules, there’s nothing amicable about the way Joe is cutting her off on social media. Jonas might not have expected such a quick turn-around in Gigi’s love life.

The Daily Mail reported an article in People that referred to Gigi’s and Joe’s breakup. A source told People that it “was just hard to make [the relationship] work with their schedules.” The source also insisted that the two would “definitely” continue with their friendship.

If it was just busy schedules that kept Gigi and Joe apart, why does she suddenly have time for Zayn? The whole thing has just been too much for Joe Jonas. A source told Hollywood Life that when Joe first heard about Gigi’s new relationship, he and his band were on the road. Jonas was “completely blindsided” because he thought Gigi was going to stay single for awhile.

“He was under the impression that she wasn’t going to see anyone for awhile. The main reason why they broke up in the first place was because of her busy schedule. Gigi told Joe that her career was too demanding for a relationship, that she basically didn’t have the time for one because she needed to focus on her career. She’s obviously making the time for Zayn!”

Whatever the reason for Gigi’s choice to move on with romance, Joe is showing every sign of wanting to “avoid” seeing “evidence of her new life” and took some pretty definite steps to accomplish that on social media. He even deleted a snap from his Twitter timeline that showed Joe, Zayn, and Kanye West together last June. The three friends were at the Louis Vuitton menswear show in Paris, and Zayn “proudly” posted it “along with the caption ‘#SQUAD’.” That photo is gone now too, but Jonas might have to see the happy couple in real life.

The Gigi and Zayn romance appeared to begin after the November 22 American Music Awards and has been “heating up” ever since. On November 24, the two were seen out together for dinner, and according to Hollywood Life, Gigi may have spent all night with Zayn afterwards. The model was caught “looking pretty disheveled” arriving home the next morning.

“Walk of shame, much!?”

Gigi recently revealed that Joe has “had eyes” for her for a lot of years. The 20-year-old said that back when she was only 13, Joe asked her out when they were both at the Grammys. Jonas suggested going to a baseball game together, but Gigi was too nervous to say yes, and she was worried that Jonas “didn’t know how young she was.”

“I was so nervous; I literally didn’t even know what it meant to hang out with a boy. And also, Grammys are on a Sunday, and I didn’t want to tell him that I had school the next day, so I was like, ‘No, maybe next time.'”

Joe wrote his number on a scrap of paper and gave it to Yolanda Foster, Gigi’s mom.

It may have looked like a dream come true for Joe Jonas when he started dating Gigi, but the dream definitely has come to an end.
