Obama’s Father’s Identity Challenged in New Documentary – ‘Dreams From My Real Father’ [video]

Barack Obama’s heritage has been hotly debated since he first ran for the Oval Office. A new movie, “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception” by Joel Gilbert begs to question the true identity of the president’s biological father. The full-length documentary embarks on a journey in what the director considers Obama’s “deep-rooted life journey in socialism,” according to interview excerpts published by World News Daily.

Gilbert spent two years researching rare photos, film footage, written documents and speaking with folks who have crossed paths with Obama and his family. Gilbert’s July movie release will likely provide enticing campaign season fodder for political pundits on both sides of the aisle. The Obama movie producer does not believe that Barack Obama Sr. was actually the president’s father. The “Who’s your daddy” question is posed prominently throughout the Obama documentary.

Frank Marshall Davis, a “radical poet,” journalist and “card-carrying member” of the Communist Party USA is the actual biological father of President Obama, according to Gilbert’s research. Obama has acknowledged having a close relationship with Davis, who was considered a friend of the family. Gilbert contends that the president has a close physical resemblance to Davis and shared few physical characteristics with the Kenyan-born Barack Obama Sr.

“I unearthed two film archives of Frank Marshall Davis, one from 1973, the other from 1987, as well as Davis’ photo collection,” Gilbert told World News Daily. “I then acquired 500 copies of the Honolulu Record, the communist-run newspaper where Davis wrote a weekly political column for eight years.”

The Obama documentary director’s research included the discovery of seven “indecent” photos of Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, at Frank Marshall Davis’ house which suggested an “intimate connection” between Dunham and Davis, World News Daily reports. Gilbert noted he was not “happy” to include the “racy” images in the Barack Obama film but found it “necessary to substantiate the intimate relationship between the two,” Gilbert remarked during the World News Daily interview. “Those photos ended up in a men’s mail-order catalog of nude women, likely sold to them by Davis. I placed black bars on parts of the photos to be respectful,” Gilbert concluded.

Davis was one of the founders of a photography club in Chicago, known as the “Lens Camera Club,” and he “specialized” in nude pictures. Whether not Obama’s mother was a free-spirit who felt nude images were beautiful works of art is unknown. Alleged nude antics by Obama’s mother and questions about his biological father do not impact Obama’s qualifications to hold the highest office in the country, but will likely be discussed by political journalists at length simply due to the salacious nature of the new revelations.

If Davis is Obama’s biological father, he may or may not have known and his mother may or may not have known. The impact of Davis’ socialistic influence of Obama is an intriguing topic, but fiscal conservatives typically already believe the president swings too far to the left. Will the Obama documentary effect the independent vote? Time, and multiple polling endeavors, will tell.
