Katherine Heigl Gets in Trouble with “The Law”

Kind of. We’re not talking about an arrest, but an almost-citation. . . for littering. Katherine Heigl got in a spot of trouble this week in Santa Monica, according to a source– girl is a smoker AND throws her ciggie butts on the ground! Gasp! The source told Star that:

“The officer told Katherine to pick up the butt and throw it away in the trash, 10 feet away,” the source says. “He added that he’d fine her next time he catches her tossing trash on the sidewalk.”

Erg. From littering to being kind of a jerk, Katherine hasn’t been getting on my good side this year.
