Adele Redefines Squad Goals On Dinner Date With Jennifer Lawrence And Emma Stone

Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, and Emma Stone walked into the same restaurant in New York City on Monday night. No, it’s not a joke. Three of the most famous women in entertainment were redefining squad goals and grabbing dinner together.

Adele’s high off the success of her third studio album, 25, which is outselling *NSYNC’s final album, No Strings Attached. Jennifer Lawrence just finished the world promo tour for the final Hunger Games movie. Not to mention, both Adele and Lawrence are Oscar winners! Meanwhile, Emma Stone has starred in quite a few films and has been making headlines with her relationship with Andrew Garfield.

All three ladies were dressed down in super casual black outfits as they had dined at the Cosme Mexican restaurant in Manhattan. Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, and Emma Stone had a girl’s night to celebrate their recent successes, according to Page Six. Adele was spotted wearing a black overcoat over a black sweatshirt and matching black leggings. The “Hello” singer wrapped herself up in a gray knitted scarf and wore black Chuck Taylors.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence kept it chic and popping in a black suede overcoat over a black lace top and matching black skinny jeans. She pulled her look together with a black camouflage handbag and black studded ankle boots.

As for Emma Stone, she also kept it casual in a black overcoat and black chunky knit scarf. She completed her look with flared jeans, black pumps, and bright red fingerless gloves.

According to the Daily Mail, the three stars dined together for several hours before entering a waiting car where they were seen talking and laughing. The report also claims that Jennifer and Adele have been spending a lot of time together lately, as they were also spotted having dinner last Friday night, as well.

Adele has discussed having her own squad before. In her recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the blue-eyed singer said that her squad is nothing like Taylor Swift’s group of model friends.

“I’ve heard about a squad. I wish my squad was all supermodels. We are, in our brains. I guess I have my own squad.”

While Adele admitted that she’s reconnected with old friends after the success of her last album, 21, she revealed that there’s one superstar she’d love to be friends with.

“It’s not as interesting as some of the other squads that are around right now, but maybe Rihanna can be me in my squad! That would be really cool. Oh, God. She’s life itself, isn’t she? I love her.”

You could say that Adele’s squad has gotten a lot more interesting lately. Imagine Rihanna hanging out with Adele, and having a laugh with both Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone! That’s something that could quite break the internet. Something tells us that J.Law and Rihanna would have a lot in common with their laid-back, cool girl personalities.

Jennifer Lawrence inspired her own squad goals with she was spotted on a jet ski with Amy Schumer. Over the summer, the Trainwreck star shared a group photo on social media that included Lawrence. In her caption, she quoted former Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney: “Binders of women.”

Schumer then shared another photo of herself sharing a jet ski with the 24-year-old Oscar winner. Lawrence appears to be driving, which is why the 34-year-old comedian captioned the photo: “JLaw #maniac”

And don’t forget that Emma Stone is already in Taylor Swift’s squad. Not only that, but she’s also one of the singer’s best friends. They’ve been friendly with each other, long before the media coined the term for Swift’s group of female friends a “squad.” Stone and Swift met the 2008 Young Hollywood Awards for the Hollywood Life celebrity gossip blog, Stone said to MTV News. Although the two starlets lead busy lives, they still keep in close contact through text message and email. Most recently, Emma was spotted at Taylor Swift’s star-studded Fourth of July party this past summer.
