Tennessee Man Arrested During Bizarre Sex Act

A Tennessee man has been arrested and charged with at least one crime associated with a truly bizarre incident. Investigation Discovery Crimesider reports that David James Kimbrough was arrested last week, and what he was allegedly doing is downright shocking — which is why it’s attracting so much attention online.

Police in Surgoinsville began receiving complaints about “strange behavior” at the Riverfront Park, which is what sparked police chief James Hammonds’ interest in increasing patrol last week. He also took it upon himself to check out the disturbance himself. That’s where he reportedly stumbled upon Kimbrough, and a sight that Hammonds says is one of the “most unusual things” he’d seen in his time with the police force.

The Times News reports that the Tennessee man was putting on a “bizarre sexual performance” as witnesses watched. Among those witnesses was police chief James Hammond, who was in an unmarked vehicle while patrolling the area. The incident reportedly began when Kimbrough emerged from a van with his pants down around his legs and walked right past the unmarked police vehicle. After walking past the police officer, he walked to a pier in the park and began performing a sex act on himself. That’s not the only bizarre detail in this case.

The officer claims that the Tennessee man masturbated in front of him as if he was putting on some kind of performance for an audience. It wasn’t until he was walking back from the pier that he realized that the man watching him was a law enforcement officer. The officer also noted that there was more to the man’s performance than the act of masturbation. In fact, James Hammond provided some of the details to the media.

“He had panties rolled up to make it look like he had breasts, and I shook them out. When I cuffed him and started to have him sit in the car, that’s when he told me he had to get something out. He said he had an enema up his rectum.”

At first the officer didn’t believe the man, but he eventually let him retrieve the enema from his rectum before refastening the handcuffs. He chose to do this to prevent having to take Kimbrough to the hospital to have the enema removed by staff. After this bizarre incident, David James Kimbrough was only charged with indecent exposure. He ultimately pleaded guilty to his actions and was fined a small amount totaling $500.00.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the most bizarre arrest to make media headlines. In 2012, a Florida man was arrested after he rear-ended another car while driving under the influence of alcohol. What could have been a run-of-the-mill DUI arrest, turned into a bizarre incident. That’s because Kevin Brann was reportedly wearing a buttplug while operating his vehicle. A police report alleges that the man removed the butt plug in the back of the police cruiser, and left it there.

Earlier this year, and also in Florida, a lesbian couple attracted the attention of police while they were in the middle of a domestic dispute. Things went from bad to worse between the couple, however, when 57-year-old Annette Kielhorn pulled out a dildo and slapped her partner in the face with it. She reportedly did this in front of the officer, who arrested her.

As for the bizarre arrest of this Tennessee man, it’s hard to tell if he has a known history of similar behavior. One thing is for certain. It’s fortunate that he was arrested by a curious police officer before he could expose himself to any unsuspecting young children who were at the park.
