Jeremy Calvert Discusses ‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer On Twitter! Plus, Does He Have A New Girlfriend?
Jeremy Calvert rarely discusses Leah Messer or Teen Mom 2, but over the weekend, he did.
Following a number of rumors and reports regarding his ex-wife and her first husband, Corey Simms, Jeremy Calvert took to Twitter, where he reacted to fan backlash over a photo he shared of himself and a friend drinking beer.
“[I] just have to point out if @TM2LeahDawn posted the same pic of her doing this people would go crazy,” a fan tweeted to Jeremy Calvert after the photo was shared.
In response, Jeremy Calvert told the fan on November 21, “Yes they would but @TM2LeahDawn knows idgaf what people think or say about me or what I do in life.”
The following day, Jeremy Calvert returned to Twitter, where he shared a photo of himself and a mystery woman named Rhiannon.

However, while the idea of Jeremy Calvert embarking on a new romance certainly crossed the mind of fans who saw the photo, he quickly confirmed there was nothing going on between him and Rhiannon with a second tweet directly to her — and her husband.
“Thank you for everything last night [and] tell your husband thanks also, have a good time in New York,” Jeremy Calvert told her.

Jeremy Calvert began starring on MTV years ago after he began dating Messer. At the time, Messer was newly single after splitting from Simms weeks prior. But rather than take their romance slow, Jeremy Calvert and his now-ex-wife moved quicky, and within months, they were expecting a child together. Sadly, the pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage just months later.
Although Jeremy Calvert’s relationship with the reality star got off to a rocky start, they didn’t let their pregnancy heartache tear them apart. In April 2012, they walked down the aisle. Then, one year later, they welcomed daughter Adalynn.
From there, Jeremy Calvert’s marriage was okay for a while, but during the fifth season of Teen Mom 2, it took a turn for the worse. After experiencing relationship troubles, Jeremy Calvert’s then-wife suggested they seek counseling, but due to his hectic work schedule, Jeremy Calvert was unable to commit.
In between filming on the show’s fifth and sixth seasons at the end of last year, Jeremy Calvert’s marriage troubles got even worse when he publicly alleged his wife had cheated on him with Robbie Kidd (during an earlier season of Teen Mom 2, Messer admitted to cheating on her first husband, Simms, with Kidd). Although Jeremy Calvert later deleted the tweets, which also labeled his then-wife a “s**t,” he filed for divorce one month later. In June of this year, as his former wife was in rehab, the divorce was finalized.
In the months since, Jeremy Calvert’s ex-wife has been plagued with rumors regarding her bad parenting and alleged drug use, and last month, she lost custody of her 5-year-old twins with Simms, Ali and Aleeah. According to an In Touch Weekly report, Simms filed for full custody of the girls in 2014, and due to Messer’s failure to improve upon her behavior, a judge granted him primary custody on October 13. Since then, he and wife Miranda have been caring for the girls during the week, while Messer is limited to weekends.
While Jeremy Calvert’s return to Teen Mom 2 has yet to be confirmed by MTV, he recently hinted he would return for Season 7 on Twitter, when he tweeted to Chelsea Houska’s father about an upcoming reunion.
