The ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Are Worth What? The Truth Behind Their Millions (Or Lack There Of)

Out of all of the locations that make up the Real Housewives franchise, the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stand apart in terms of their material wealth. In fact, not only are the ladies of RHOBH extremely well off in terms of their net worth, but they also have a connection with some of top stars in Hollywood, which they use to their benefit. With that in mind, how much are these Housewives really worth? And does their wealth match their reputation?

According to Bustle, the richest cast member by far was Carlton Gebbia, who only appeared on the reality series for one season. Even still, Gebbia tops the list at $150 million, the majority of which she gained after marrying an extremely successful broker in David Gebbia.

In terms of the most current stars of the reality series, Lisa Vanderpump tops them all with an estimated net worth of around $65 million. Interestingly, Vanderpump has been able to amass this wealth largely on her own volition as the owner of some 23 restaurants, clubs and bars in the L.A. area.

The next spot is actually a tie breaker between Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer, who are both thought to be worth around $50 million apiece. While Grammer’s wealth comes from her work as an actress and marriage to Kelsey Grammer, Maloof is a highly successful entrepreneur. Her company, Maloof Companies, has a hand in just about any industry imaginable, including professional sports, music, and film production companies, and resorts in Las Vegas.

Following closely behind Grammer and Maloof are current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Yolanda Foster and Kyle Richards. Foster has built her wealth to some $30 million from a variety of sources, including her own work in modeling and interior design, and her marriage to David Foster. As far as Kyle is concerned, she ranks just under Foster at $40 million. Kyle’s main areas of work center on her long career as an actress, which started when she was a kid.

At this point, the list surprisingly drops off with Lisa Rinna’s net worth of $8 million. While this is no small sum, it pales in comparison to her fellow co-stars above her. In fact, sitting below Rinna is Eileen Davidson at $3 million, with Brandi Glanville, who is estimated to be worth just over $1 million.

According to Bustle, Glanville’s estimated wealth comes as a surprise to many, especially given all the different projects the actress is currently involved in. This includes her work as an author, hosting her very own podcast series, her venture into the wine industry, and her reality TV appearances.

That being said, Glanville’s net worth seems like a lot in comparison to Kim Richards, who is only estimated to be worth $100,000. Although Kim’s place as last on the list might not come as a surprise to many, it is astonishing that she is worth so little. This is especially true given her sister’s worth, and the fact that she has been a part of the show since the very beginning.

In addition to her time on the reality series, Bustle reports that Kim’s film credits include Nanny and the Professor, Diff’rent Strokes, The Love Boat, Little House on the Prairie, Witch Mountain, and The Dukes of Hazard. With Kim having a fairly impressive film resume that spans multiple decades one would naturally assume her net worth would be more than $100,000.

Given her recent issues with substance abuse, and her departure as a full time cast member of RHOBH, it would appear as though Kim is really going to take a hit this year now that she isn’t a part of the show.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 9:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
