Robyn Brown Revealed She Begged Meri To Talk About Catfish
Robyn Brown and Meri Brown have always been pretty close since Robyn joined the family. They lean on each other, but it turns out that Meri wasn’t leaning on Robyn as much as she would have liked her to during the recent catfishing scandal.
People is now sharing that Robyn begged Meri to talk about what was going on, but she just wouldn’t do it. When this all went down at first, Meri wasn’t sharing with everyone about what was going on and was just keeping it to herself. Robyn knew that something was wrong but didn’t know exactly what was going on at that time.

Meri said that she was at a point where she felt like she had to do whatever this person told her to do. She went on to explain the details.
“I’ve never met this person. I’ve never seen him. The pictures that he sent to me were of an actor and he said that they were him.”
Meri Brown did meet up with a person who was supposed to be the man’s friend. This person said their name was Sam Cooper. This turned out to be Jackie Overton, the woman who was catfishing her all along.
“She is the one I would talk to and there would be times I would be talking to him on the phone and he would have a temper tantrums of sorts and hang up the phone. Then I would get calls from her saying, ‘You better fix this, you better call and tell him how much you love him and you better fix this situation.'”
Robyn Brown even shared that she had been trying to get Meri Brown to talk to the family. She wanted her to open up, but it wouldn’t happen.
“I had been begging her for months to talk to me. I knew something wasn’t right. I was begging her and begging her to talk to me.”
In the big preview for the final episode of Sister Wives this season, Meri says that there was not any physical relationship with this person and that she never met them. The confusion fans are having is that Meri said she was talking to a man on the phone, and it doesn’t sound like this was Jackie Overton. Meri shared that she would talk to him first and then end up on the phone with the woman. Meri said it took a lot of courage to tell them all the truth.
Radar Online shared that this is going to get to Kody Brown as well, and another clip shows him breaking down in tears over what is going on with the family. You would think that Kody is crying about Meir having an emotional affair, but that was not the case at all. Instead, Kody Brown is actually crying about the adoption and being able to make Robyn Brown’s three children his own. This happened because Meri Brown was willing to divorce Kody and let Robyn marry him so that he could adopt her children. Meri is still married to Kody, but it is only a spiritual marriage and not on paper anymore.
