A teacher of eight special kids at Mainspring Academy, Jacksonville, Florida, Chris Ulmer spends the first 10 minutes of his class giving his students some pretty awesome compliments. He says that overtime, this dramatically improved the behavior of his students, whose diagnoses range from autism to agenesis of the corpus callosum.
