Michael Jackson Doctor Fears For Life In Jail, Claims Brain Tumor

Dr. Conrad Murray, the man found guilty and sentenced for the death of Michael Jackson, now fears that he will die in jail.

You might remember that Murray was the personal physician of the King of Pop whose death by Propofol intoxication was blamed on the doctor. He was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and given four years, which he is serving in Los Angeles County Jail. Murray doesn’t think he’s going to make it through his four years, and fears that the care he is receiving is slowly killing him.

“I may not make it out of here alive. This is a very dangerous place. I’m in here dying. The system is intent on killing me,” the doc told his attorney Valerie Wass.

TMZ reports that Murray isn’t asking for something like house arrest. He just wants to be sent to another prison due to the crap treatment he’s getting at county. Allegedly in county lock-up, he only gets fresh air once a month and fresh underwear once a week. This is taking a severe toll on his health and his hygiene, and he’s suffering from constant headaches which he attributes to a growing brain tumor.

Murray has asked to see a doctor over his failing health, but he’s reportedly been shirked and has gotten no medical attention. When pressed for comment, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department simply replied that they do not comment on pending cases.

Do you think that Dr. Murray ought to be moved or do you think he’s over-dramatizing his circumstances?
