Adele Talks Beyoncé And Kim Kardashian As Her Album Leaks

Adele is setting the record straight on those Beyoncé collaboration rumors. The British singer wants everyone to know that she didn’t turn down a duet with the powerhouse singer.

Adele made an appearance on the Beats 1 radio show to talk to Zane Lowe about her new music. That’s when she was asked if her new album, 25, features a duet with Queen Bey herself. The “Hello” singer says she knows when to bow down to the queen and would never refuse a duet with her.

“There’s a rumor going round that I turned Beyoncé down. Which I would never be so disrespsectful as to do. I’d never disrespect her like that. Obviously, like, Queen B ’til the day I die.”

Adele also revealed that she would love to collaborate with fellow artist Lana Del Rey. Both songstresses are known to stand out of the pact of pop stars with their moody lyrics and seductive voices.

“I love Lana Del Rey. I love her very, very much. I’ve never met her thought, but I just think she, she like stirs my soul. I love Alabama Shakes. And I think Brittany [Howard] is, the way I first felt when Etta James, when I first heard her.”

The “Hello” singer isn’t just addressing those Beyoncé rumors. She’s also talking about reality star Kim Kardashian. Adele thinks she “broke the internet” with her debut single off her highly anticipated album, out this Friday, Nov. 20. She talked about the massive impact that “Hello” made on the public during her new interview with Canadian entertainment show etalk.

“I did a Kim Kardashian. Thank god it wasn’t with my a*s. It would’ve actually broke the internet if it was my bum!”

In case you forgot, Adele is referring to Kim Kardashian’s photo shoot for Paper Magazine, in which the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star bared her famous bum and posed full frontal nude last November.

According to recent reports, Adele’s new album 25 has already leaked online. Does that mean that her new album is already in crisis? That’s what a recent report via the Sun claims. Adele’s third studio album is not in stores until Friday, but it apparently has already leaked online due to a security breach. London-based store Juno Records shared two-minute snippets of the 11 songs on their website, allowing fans to hear the tracks before buying the album this coming Friday. Fans have already been sharing the album’s front and back cover, along with the complete track list.

The album snippets were removed less than a half-hour after the Sun shared the stream on its website. In addition, rumors swirled on Monday night that Adele’s new album may have already been leaked by the U.S. chain store Target.

Adele and her team have been fighting to remove the leaks on the internet. An inside source told the Sun that the only person the singer played it in full to was manager Jonathan Dickins.

“This throws the most carefully planned album campaign in years into crisis. Everything had been built up around a massive surprise on Friday, when the album was going to be released in every territory around the world. Unlike most artists these days who release loads of the songs in advance, Adele had only put out Hello which was the first single.”

According to a report via the Verge, Adele and her team may decide not to have 25 released on Spotify. Well, not yet anyway. It took a year for her last album to release on the popular streaming service. However, Adele’s new album will be made available on Apple Music and Google Play Music weeks after its release.

Adele has nothing to worry about though because 25 is set to break records. Some reports claimed that the album will sell as many as 2 million copies during its first week in the U.S. It could quickly beat out Britney Spears’ Oops!…I Did It Again or *NSYNC’s No Strings Attached album. Adele’s last album, 21, sold 30 million copies worldwide and is back on the Billboard 200 Top Charts list.
