Blake Shelton Mocks Adam Levine But Tunes Up PDA With Gwen Stefani: Has ‘The Voice’ Bromance Bottomed Out? [Video]

Blake Shelton and Adam Levine have become famed for their bromance on The Voice. But has the love between the two singing bros faded in the wake of the marriage of Adam and the divorce followed by the romance of Blake and another Voice coach, Gwen Stefani?

Using the fact that Levine decided to shave his head drastically for ammunition, Blake mocked Adam during an appearance on Live! With Kelly And Michael, reported the Daily Mail.

The country singer apparently so enjoys teasing Levine on The Voice that he decided it was time to extend his joys on air elsewhere. And that bald-appearing head that Adam was been sporting just proved to be an irresistible target. Reflecting on the Maroon 5 frontman, Blake watched Levine discussing how the country crooner is jealous of him.

Adam, 36 and recently married to Behati Prinsloo, also predicted that if the 39-year-old ex-husband of Miranda Lambert tried to shave his own head, he would appear dreadful. But that prediction from Levine got slammed by his bromance buddy.

“When you give yourself such a bad haircut, when you realise when you walk out of the place that you look stupid and you say yourself: “Hey man do you think I look like Doctor Evil?” demanded the Voice coach about Adam. “He’s like laying it all out there for me because he already knows he looks like a sperm cell.”

In a game of “who wore it best” (changed to “who looks best with a shaved head” for the occasion), Kelly Ripa and her co-host Michael decided to demonstrate to Blake just how he would appear if he decided to follow the lead of Levine and shave his own head. The photoshopping of the country crooner was impressive enough to warrant a movie star role in his view.

“I look like I’m about to be in one of those Fast And Furious movies,” he claimed.

What’s next for Blake after The Voice filming is finished? He’s scheduled for a tour for February and March. But as to whether he would venture on such a tour with Adam, Levine’s drinking would be problematic.

“It wouldn’t be fun for me. The guy [Adam] drives me to drink so much. He’s the reason I drink so much,” joked the Voice coach.

Has Blake’s romance with Gwen changed the dynamics of the bromance that he and Levine once shared? The two Voice coaches have been enjoying so much flirty fun and PDA that even Adam, for once, was at a loss for words, reported People.

Much of the canoodling between the country crooner and 46-year-old mom of three wasn’t filmed but occurred during commercial breaks.

“Right when they called for the break, Blake ran over to Gwen’s chair. They were talking close and laughing until makeup duties called,” an observer revealed to People.

When a contestant performed “Hotline Bling,” the country crooner got crazy.

“I don’t think there’s ever been a more elegant and classy performance of a song about a booty call in the history of music,” he declared. “I mean that was, like, unbelievable. I hear that song on the radio every day. That song’s so big even I have heard it.”

Adam was stunned.

“You know that song?” Levine questioned.

That’s when his bromance partner shared just where he’d heard it.

“Gwen sang it to me on the Tonight Show one night, so,” he revealed.

Adam had company in being left without words, but another Voice coach, Pharrell Williams, tried to fill in the blanks.

“Okay, this is your moment… Wow,” declared Williams.

If the bromance has ended, Levine seems to feel that it’s not his fault, reported E! News.

Instead, Adam blames the repetition of hearing the country crooner’s strategy for getting contestants to his Voice team season after season.

“‘I’m from a place’ and they’re like, ‘Well, I’m from a place’ and, like, ‘Okay!’ Dumbest thing ever! Can’t you be from different places and, like, do stuff? It’s so stupid. It’s a dumb, stupid thing,” stormed Levine.
