‘The Bachelor’ Ben Higgins Engaged? Final Rose Ceremony Spoilers Hint At Ben’s Final Pick
Is Bachelor Ben Higgins engaged, and which lucky lady will receive his final rose? The season premiere of ABC’s popular reality TV show is still seven weeks away, but spoilers about the show are already leaking out online, including information about the girl Ben is rumored to pick.
Filming for the Bachelor started at the end of September, with 28 girls arriving at the Bachelor mansion to meet the guy who finished in third place on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of the Bachelorette. Ben, a 27-year-old Colorado-based software salesman, was picked to become the franchise’s 20th Bachelor, beating out frontrunners Nick Viall and Josh Murray for the gig.
According to blogger Reality Steve, the final rose ceremony will be filmed on Wednesday, November 18, at the Sandals Royal Plantation resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Steve states that his prediction as to who wins the Bachelor’s heart won’t surprise anyone, including the other girls cast for the show. His sources state that Higgins has been “pretty clear” about wanting one girl in the end and the other cast members saw the “writing on the wall” from halfway through filming.

If Steve’s spoilers are correct this season, Ben has been spending the past nine days in Jamaica with his final three girls — Caila Quinn, JoJo Fletcher, and Lauren Bushnell. Their stay in Jamaica started out with the Fantasy Suite dates, with one fan tweeting out pics of Ben on his date with Caila, only to delete them hours later. It appears that the show’s producers are keeping an eye on social media in an attempt to keep the spoilers to a minimum.
According to WetPaint, 24-year-old JoJoe Fletcher owns a real estate development company in Texas and is rumored to be one of show’s top picks to become the next Bachelorette if she doesn’t win Ben’s heart.
OK! Here’s the Situation reports that contestant Caila Quinn, 23, is a 2014 graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management and is currently employed by Reflexis Systems in Dedham, MA. Caila scored the first overnight date with Ben and is rumored to be the runner-up this season.
Whether Lauren Bushnell was picked to go on the second or third overnight date is unknown, but Reality Steve is certain that she will be Ben’s final pick. Lauren is one of three girls with the same name on this season of the Bachelor, but she’s rumored to be the only one to make a big impression on Ben.
Lauren, 25, hails from Portland, Oregon, and she graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington. Reality Steve reports that the 25-year-old flight attendant currently lives in Los Angeles and works for Alaska Airlines. Several photos of Lauren and Ben surfaced throughout the season, including in Ben’s hometown of Warsaw, Indiana, and another in Portland, Oregon, during Lauren’s hometown date.

It certainly looks like they are hitting it off in the photos above, with Reality Steve stating that Lauren is the girl who Ben will propose to on Wednesday. Steve expects to confirm his prediction later this week as to how the final rose ceremony plays out.
“This season has essentially been over since about halfway through. Ben has been pretty clear about wanting Lauren [Bushnell] in the end, so much so that it’s apparently become obvious to the rest of the group…. they’ve all kinda seen the writing on the wall from what I hear.”
