Bobby Wesson’s Facebook Post About His Wife Gets 549,000+ Likes As He Calls Nurse Rayena Wesson A Hero

A man named Bobby Wesson has a viral Facebook post on his hands after he published an ode to his wife. Rayena Wesson is the name of the registered nurse who is the focus of the viral Facebook post, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Bobby’s Facebook post has received more than 549,000 likes and been shared more than 138,000 times. It is reminiscent of the viral video of The View when certain co-hosts were accused of dissing Miss Colorado, a nurse.

Apparently, Wesson’s ode to his wife is striking a nerve among people who appreciate how much praise Bobby is giving nurses like his wife.

“This is my wife taking a nap. In an hour she will wake up, put on her scrubs and get ready for work.

“The tools and items she needs to perform her job will be gathered and checked meticulously – her hair and makeup will be done quickly. She will complain that she looks awful. I will disagree, emphatically, and get her a cup of coffee.

“She will sit on the couch with her legs crossed under her and try to drink it while happily playing with the toddler that’s crawling all over her.”

Bobby’s viral Facebook post went on to describe how Rayena will sometimes stare off into the distance as Wesson speaks with his wife. The nurse assumes that Bobby won’t notice that she’s trying to strengthen herself to get ready for her next harrowing shift as a nurse. Bobby wrote about his wife kissing him and their baby and then departing for her shift as a nurse to take care of people having horrible days due to car crashes, gunshots and other tragedies.

“She will take care of you.

“She will come home 14 hours later and remove shoes that have walked through blood, bile, tears and fire from aching feet and leave them outside.

“Sometimes she will not want to talk about it. Sometimes she can’t wait to talk about it.
“Sometimes she will laugh until she cries and sometimes she will just cry – but regardless of those sometimes she will be on time for her next shift.

“My wife is a nurse. My wife is a hero.”

In the wake of that viral Facebook post by Bobby, Wesson wrote about getting a lot of new Facebook friend requests, as reported by Fox. In a humorous follow-up post on Facebook, Bobby pleaded with his new Facebook friends not to get him in trouble with his wife by sending a lot of crazy inbox messages to him on Facebook.

That follow-up Facebook post by Wesson included Bobby speaking in a video out of Gardendale, Alabama, giving his 1,560 followers and plenty others tracking the viral Facebook post a sense of his personality.

According to Rayena’s Facebook page, she is a registered nurse at a hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

On Twitter, people are reacting to Bobby and Rayena — both the original Facebook post by Wesson and his follow-up video, especially the humorous way that Bobby tells his video viewers to stop sending the Facebook messages. Bobby claimed he didn’t even read the crazy Facebook messages he was receiving, and said he didn’t want them. That’s when Bobby turned to someone off screen and asked if he’d read the script correctly. His wife Rayena popped into the frame of the video and kissed him on the cheek, telling him he read it right.

Those leaving comments about Wesson’s original Facebook post are saying positive things on his writings about his wife, and her role as heroic trauma nurse, and their as a relationship. Bobby’s words show appreciation for his wife’s calling to be a nurse and are resonating across the online world.
