Kate Winslet Made Her Daughter Jealous With Liam Hemsworth Love Scenes
Kate Winslet opened up about filming her new movie The Dressmaker with heartthrob Liam Hemsworth. The younger Hemsworth brother is of course a heartthrob sensation among the teens, and as it turns out, Winslet’s 15-year-old daughter Mia falls into this category.
Basically, Winslet made Mia jealous by telling her she was filming a sex scene with Liam. She revealed the story on the BBC’s The One Show. “When I told my daughter that I was shooting the [sex] scene that day she spluttered. I took it to be jealousy.”

During another interview, Winslet said that it was her daughter Mia who unknowingly helped her out with some research on her much younger co-star.
“It’s only because of her that I know the name of the character that Liam plays in The Hunger Games—I wouldn’t have a clue otherwise!”
Hemsworth is 25 years old, while Winslet is 40, and of course the age difference is not lost on the actress. “It’s rather alarming that [Mia] is actually closer in age to Liam than I am. She only pointed that out to me the other day, and I was like, ‘Oh shhh!'”
As for their sex scene together, Kate said that he’s a sweet guy, but she giggled like crazy during the half nude scene.
“Liam is a lovely, lovely guy, much is made of how he looks and he’s physically extremely beautiful but he’s a fabulous chap and was really up for mucking in with the rest of us, but my daughter, Mia, was extremely jealous, along with all of her friends.”

The Dressmaker is about a “glamorous woman” who “returns to her small town in rural Australia. With her sewing machine and haute couture style, she transforms the women and exacts sweet revenge on those who did her wrong.”
Kate Winslet has been in the press for a few days now for her polarizing views on the gender pay gap issue that has been brought up in Hollywood.
After actress Jennifer Lawrence penned a letter to explain how she failed to negotiate for more money than her American Hustle co-stars, she explained she was angry when she found out that all of her male co-stars made a significant amount of money more than she did. This opened up the discussion on the vast inequalities between men and women in Hollywood, other than what’s currently being discussed in the rest of the world.
That said, Winslet didn’t think the gender pay gap discussion was appropriate. As the Inquisitr reported, Winslet said that she’s having a problem with these pep talks because she doesn’t like talking about money in general and called it vulgar. She said that she was surprised by these conversations being so public because it seems to be a strange thing to discuss out in the open.
She said she considers herself a very lucky woman, monetarily speaking, and likes the way things are “trickling along.”
Lawrence’s co-stars Elizabeth Banks and Bradley Cooper, as well as Sandra Bullock, feel differently. That said, most people praised Lawrence for her comments and thought that her letter opened up the doors to this important discussion.
Her co-star Bradley Cooper said that he would make sure his female co-stars will know his salary so they can negotiate together instead of separately. Her other American Hustle co-star Jeremy Renner didn’t want to be part of the conversation and said that that part of showbiz wasn’t his job.
