Is Hillary Clinton Wearing A Wig? Personal Stylist Responds

In what could be the strangest rumor yet of the 2016 presidential race, it’s been alleged that Hillary Clinton wears a wig. However the Democratic presidential nominee’s personal stylist has since come out and insisted that the speculation is “really ridiculous.”

Matt Drudge, a blogger who runs The Drudge Report, decided to post a variety of pictures to his Twitter account, each of which suggests that Hillary Clinton wears a wig.

In fact, in order to accentuate his posts, Matt Drudge decided to delete all of his previous tweets so that his account just possessed the seven messages about Hillary Clinton’s hair. You can check out Drudge’s messages about Hillary Clinton’s hair below:

However, these rumors about Hillary Clinton’s hair and her allegedly wearing a wig have been instantly dismissed by one of the two stylists that are known to work on the democratic presidential nominee’s bouffant.

Speaking to The Daily Mail, Santa Nikkels, who has worked with Hillary Clinton as one of her personal stylists, as well as running a top salon in Chappaqua, New York, insisted that all the speculation was “ridiculous.”

Nikkels explained, “The thing is people say things and you can’t believe it. That’s absolutely not true. It’s really ridiculous.”

Hillary Clinton and Santa Nikkels’ working relationship was revealed earlier this year when she was referred to as “Santa” in the former First Lady’s emails. Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton have a home in Chappaqua, which is where Nikkels has a salon.

Hillary Clinton has actually made numerous jokes and quips about her own hair during the course of her campaign. Earlier this year, Hillary made a joke that wouldn’t let her hair turn white if she was elected into the White House — confessing that she has been “coloring it for years.”

On Thursday, via CNN, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump decided to make a quip about Hillary Clinton’s new hair cut, referring to it as “massive” during an interview on a conservative talk radio show.

Mark Levin, who hosts the show, asked why Hillary Clinton was so appealing to voters, to which Trump responded, “Well, she has a new hairdo, did you notice that today?”

This then led Levin to tease that Clinton was wearing a wig, to which Trump responded, “I tell you what it really was shocking to see it because you’re right it must be, it was massive. Her hair became massive.”

Trump then looked to quash any controversy over these comments by adding, “I don’t care. I’m a person that tells the truth. You know it was interesting to see but I’ve never seen Hillary with that hairdo so I think that’s an OK thing to say, but it was very different.”

The Drudge Report was originally started by Matt Drudge back in 1996, just when the internet was in its infancy and becoming more and more available to mainstream users. Drudge was a former McDonald’s manager, who soon became a political commentator and editor after he launched The Drudge Report. The website has claimed that it gets over a billion visits every month.
