Nathaniel Marston Of ‘One Life To Live’ Dies Days After Car Accident

Former One Life to Live star Nathaniel Marston has passed away almost two weeks after the accident that left him in the hospital. Things have not looked good for him, but nobody had revealed that his life was in danger the last few days. Michael Fairman Soaps shared the shocking news about Marston tonight. The car accident happened on October 30 in Nevada. Doctors had shared that he would most likely end up living the rest of his life as a quadriplegic, but they didn’t share that it looked like Nathaniel wouldn’t make it.

Marston’s mom has been going to her Facebook page and updating fans on how things were going with Nathaniel. Tonight she shared the news with everyone of his passing.

“Dear family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I share this devastating news. My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries. Nathaniel passed away peacefully as I held him in my arms. Father William, myself and his second Mommy Lisa, and our dear friend Charlotte were by his bedside, he was not alone. His injuries, which Dr.’s did their best to heal were not responding to treatment and one after another his bodily functions failed to support his life. Had Nathaniel lived he would have required a ventilator and would never have been able to utter one more word and would have been sentenced to life as a quadriplegic. A condition that Nate would have never have been able to tolerate.”

After that, Nathaniel Marston’s mom went on to explain more about what happened. He died at 3:15 p.m. today, and arrangements will be made for three different funerals for Marston. His mom shared that she will be sharing these dates as soon as they are available, so it does sound like they may be open to the public. She said that they will be in “New York City, NY, Kauai, HI and Gerlach, NV.” These are all places that he lived while growing up with his mom.

ET Online shared that Nathaniel Marston may have fallen asleep when he had this accident back in October. It was a single car accident and there were no drugs or alcohol involved according to the investigation. In the preliminary hearing, it was shared that Nathaniel may have fallen asleep at the wheel. His vehicle ended up in the opposite lane and then it appears that Marston over corrected. The truck he was driving actually flipped several times. Marston was ejected from the vehicle during the accident and did not have his seat belt on when it happened.

Fans are speaking out all over about how much they will miss Nathaniel Marston. His mother has done a great job of keeping everyone up-to-date on what is going on and will soon be sharing about the memorial service for him. Marston went through surgeries before losing his life today after a battle that lasted almost two weeks. Now Nathaniel can finally be at peace.
